I am working on the Tax Deductiblity issue so to include properties, autos, trucks, buses, motorcycles, factory equipment, office equipment, manufacturing equipment etc. and will allocate a appropriate website to continue this feature in due time. In lou of having a US Department of Electric Vehicles and everything associated for it, The Foundation serves to mandate rules and regulations necessary and carry out the potential for Electric Vehicle ownership and operation by consumer's on a yearly basis, while a U.S. Department may not function during recognized Federal Holidays and the future acknowledges that with past allocation advancing 20 years or more could find more Federal Holidays being created and dealing with this aspect is necessary for consumer's. Do consumer's function during the holidays that electricity must be supplied even during floods, thunderstorms, hurricanes, and tornadoes in such a way they would need some help with their Electric Vehicle. I do not resource these Emergency Center For Electric Vehicles but there's no reason why a government should fail to realize the major impact a Electric Vehicle would have on society during the best or the worst of times. Can you figure out the problem faster than Uncle Sam can allocate a new Energy Program supporting Electric Vehicles instead of supporting Ethanol distillers that make at least a million gallons to qualify for a meek 54¢ per gallon refund. I mean why is there so many holes in the wordings the government is applying in its comments. This nation does not have enough honest politicians that really know what consumers should have instead of what consumers do have and this could be their basis for making taxes higher to establish reasoning to show consumers instead of provide consumers the actual things consumers should have had all along.

The main concept to realize however is that aftwards it is the responsibility of the consumer's to meet requirements of upkeep of their vehicle, knowing that the foundation has completed its task and has no other function, a help center to connect consumer's to the right objectives their vehicle will ultimately face would become a concern and a objective to produce which would be mainly an electronic response center consumer's would contact for help. "The Free Electric Vehicle Conversion Foundation" operates on a Grant First Come First Serve Basis as availability occurs and I mean availability to mean all the comforts of operations including its operation location and support employee staff. So until the main feature is accommidated it is entirely a concept of how to make available to consumers immediately their needs of a Electric Vehicle as would be converted from their own vehicle. Also without recourse, "The Free Electric Vehicle Conversion Foundation" does not guarantee that it will fully operate any and all service/recharge facilities within the United States as this can be administered by other groups whom sell other fuels which is of no compliance to the design of Electric Vehicles the foundation has chosen to serve consumers which is the better of all options offered by major auto makers of Electric Vehicle(s) without hybrid function as they have designed. Making a donation of money to the foundation guarantees the success of the foundation in the United States of America, it does not mean it will at anytime offer itself as a mediator in other nations for a state or the Federal government, however it can offer assistance in provisions of establishment another nation may come to decide upon and that is all in essence a basis for them to manage fully, not "The Free Electric Vehicle Conversion Foundation" to manage and this is concerning all military branches of the United States of America here and elsewhere.

WASHINGTON — The Internal Revenue Service has published two new brochures to help charities understand the tax laws conferring tax-exempt status.

IRS Publication 4220, Applying for 501(c)(3) Tax-Exempt Status, and Publication 4221-PF, Compliance Guide for 501(c)(3) Tax-Exempt Organizations, are concise, easy-to-use brochures that contain the information most tax-exempt organizations need in order to obtain and maintain their tax-exempt status.

They provide references to other IRS publications and forms, as well as special telephone numbers organizations can call if they need specific help on more complex issues.

One brochure is designed to help prospective charities apply for tax exemption under the tax law. The other is a compliance guide that explains the record keeping, return filing and disclosure rules for those organizations.

I have read these documents and certify these text files denote their content as pertaining to securing, documenting, and managing a Public/Private Charity. This is the Text File for Publication 4221pf. Publication 4221-PC is the same but with smaller pages requiring enlargement to read and Publication 4220 is very specific and this is the text file. I must make some real-time observations in recommendations which could place a foundation in jeopardy and seek professional assistance to help in making it ever so real for the Public at Large whom will benefit the most due to supporting anti-pollution schemes for transportation. There is a lot more responsibility associated with this foundation I have designed from a dream than I obviously realized and the IRS seems to be the major supporter to make it happen through their assistance. I spent the later part of July 4th understanding what these documents had to tell me, I understand what I have read and suggest you to read them if you have any consideration in helping me in achieving this goal for consumer's to receive the benefits of its creation.
