If the government could not fund unemployment claims and health care for all those un-employment claims it would be up to the individuals to join The Foundation through a job certification, I think though the problem is in prosecuting those whom would cease the opportunity to take advantage of The Foundation rather than produce work, they simply would become knowledgeable then want to bow out as if it were not their cup of tea. For that reason I am skeptical somewhat that this could work for Consumer's, after all it would be their money that got it started and The Foundation's responsibility that it did produce them the results they expect from their money.

It was not itemized how much of the $900 Billion would be used for junk reclamation but it is perhaps the side affect to what effect this has on auto sales dealerships supporting the program, one of dozens of proposals designed to aid certain industries and companies. The Market Crash was because of investment opportunities which were being sold while the so called investments supposedly to be the best investment with guaranteed profits including Insurance Investments, banks had to much money essentially in those investments and then loses to the banking shocked the investers and to get them back to the table its necessary for government to stress Health Care Reformation and once that is passed the banks can again pull out the invester portfolios and see if they are ready to iniatialize the investment again with the same guarantee. Mainly because banks knew then that the Insurance investments were better than the governments and this woulkd change nothing now that government had a Health Care Plan which did not return on the investment for the owners. In otherwords these best policy guides do not end when a insured dies, it does pay into a tax-exempt trust which can include the family members and guarantees no further increases in the rising cost of Health Care regardless so if government did have a Health Care it would not produce interest or continue covering the survivor family nor would it never increase the cost per policy of added policies which this best investment opportunity would do. In fact collecting on a Health care insured policy produces absolutely no tax and does not end the policy at all and that is where government is wrong in pushing the Health Care Program just to serve to give banks their elbow room back.
Is there much difference in this Cash For Clunkers Program designed to relieve the pressure on automakers that sustained great loses from their failed business considerations forcing many to declare bankruptcy? Whichever banks are behind the endorsements of either enrichment program and the government is just a caretaker whom stands to lose the most of the arrangements.

First Health Care
If the Social Security Adm is going to continue its requirement that 40 work credits is required to qualify for Medicare then there cannot be a solution for the new Health Care Program which is proposed and if the state is not supporting Medicaid then these Medicare inefficient qualifiers according to the SSA will have no Insurer and if Health Care is to be taxed by employers the many unemployed will not have a insurer and cannot qualify for that.
As I see the new Health Care augmentation, its just a extension to protect the Federal Medical Investigators since courts are aiming at controlling Health Care through them. Investigations are conducted normally at hospitals and at doctor offices by Federal Medical Investigators, only their actions are non-destructive meaning their result is turned over to a higher authority whom then prosecutes the hospital or the doctors, if Health Care swung towards control of these undercover Federal Medical Investigators through Health Care law changes initializing another program overseering Medicare then the Federal advantage would become very destructive results and hospitals would be shutdown and new administrators placed into them to control them just like automakers and doctors would literally be taken to the jail immediately without a higher authority advisor which would have the same destructive solution to prosecute doctors. Obama has never been fond of the lengthiness of legation and this is a matter where its 90-days to a year before we see destructive results from hospital poor management or from malpractice. You can figure in the tax matter as another failure, big corporates such as cable companies and AT&T have fine print in their statements to customers which gives them the right to followup on company expenditures where and when necessary to add to the billing any fee they choose as compliant, so Health Care which would cost employees more than $500 a year would be a issue and the financial economist working to see that the companies fine print serves them well would add such additional fees due to taxation changes. When a company does this it will then be like double taxing the taxpayers on Health Care. Maybe you should illustrate that since you know that AT&T only serves in 20 states and that the White House has a good many accounts with AT&T for the Blackberry's in use. It is a unfair Fine Print on these AT&T and cable company statements against the customers whom are taxpayers.
Second Transportation
The second matter is transportation. I am not someone that should not become concerned that taxpayers are going to be left holding the bill for all of Obama's gripes regarding automakers because I have one big complaint that automakers failed to endorse conversions for every new vehicle they produce. The other complaint is that though Obama's concerns the government Hybrid Vehicle Plan only is endorsing a six year program to supply vehicles only to the government and fails to support the consumer's. My Project Plan named "The Electric Vehicle Free Conversion Foundation (EVFCF' connects the dots for consumer vehicle conversions instead of making then escape goats for the automakers new vehicle production lines aimed at Hybridization and Electric Cars which are overly priced that consumer's cannot ever afford. Because of the American Economy right now and maybe for the next several years esp. in 2010-2012 when another wave of Mortgage Crisis will strike the economy making yet another stock market crash evident. My Project Plan endorses a ten-year organization startup and can convert autos for consumer's faster than any automaker could make new vehicles available and is a free opportunity requiring no Credit Checking, No Monthly Payments and cover all the cost to consumer's each year consumer's pay the $1,000 warranty which covers replacement of anything added to a consumer's vehicle. But there are problems in business proposals esp. in states that wish to tax advantage themselves for the type of business they license to operate requiring $10,000 Surety Bonds and Power of Attorney for each business so My Project Plan is a Tax-Exempt Foundation. You may make suggestions to My Project Plan if you desire, I would be happy to acknowledge your suggestions. Furthermore My Project Plan handles all recycling which is yet another asset to fund its internal workings, but this is going to be over shadowed by a dark cloud when OPEC's Worldwide Recycling Agency begins to take a gripe on each nations economy making it ever difficult for our Foundation asset in selling bulk recycled auto parts to other nations and their business partners in each. There seems to be no solution to that Agency startup by OPEC. Your nieve in such a way that the White House now has more control over what Obama has on his agenda than your capable of mentioning to him to consider and that is where My Project Plan seems to be being ignored by the White House and all those that handle Obama's E-mails from me that I have sent him about My Project Plan. Another situation is that My Project Plan is so large that a single state could never be capable of managing it because it conserns consumer's in every state so I am out of luck to get a state endorsement from my contacts with states. Construction of the Manufacturing Plants is the most important aspect I must concentrate because it requires a loan endorsement and I am not for borrowing money whatsoever to establish this Foundation but I have determined a way to accomplish equity where there is none too startip My Project Plan and this could take as long as five years with consumer's having to participate in a waiting list so that if they desire converting their vehicle then thay must prepay the $1,000 warranty so that from each $250 is reserved into two funds one which would serve to establish money for all the states to support their own Conversion Facilities without much legislation required on their part and would endorse a much lower interest rate for them to pay back into the Foundation the money they borrow from the fund resulting in a averaged APR Interest as described to yield to the total Conversion Facilities divided into the Interest rate whatever that would be so that a state would see a decrease rather than pay that high APR as would probbly be necessary, therefore some states would have more facilities needed than other states, since I cannot get Obama's attention to consider funding My Project Plan. I got this idea of a startup solution from Gov Arnold Schwarzenegger's IOU idea he has endorsed for taxpayer rebates and this is just exactly what it amounts to which creates a state IOU from money belonging to the Foundation that resulted from consumer participation, for this reason the Foundation needs every state to participate, no stragglers, no consumer left behind. Now can you grasp My Project Plan, its so fundamental and the solution to start it up is basic enough to understand that every consumer would be ready to accept the warranty issue and agree that our nation needs to stay clear of automaker solutions that only benefit them even though Obama claims taxpayers are now owners of some aspects of automakers. I would like to bring this matter to the people, it is the people that are the backbone of this nation and their voice would be the better voice to argue against Obama to endorse this Foundation fully, in fact the Foundation could grow so large from its 291 million supporters that a million conversions could occur within the first operational months while Obama's plan has no effect on consumer's whatsoever. Everyday we wait is another day without a solution for consumer's and that brings about more hate against the Obama Administration and I would like to avoid as much consumer complaints as is possible because that is not why I have considered The Foundation, The Electric Vehicle Free Conversion Foundation (EVFCF). We have out grown the majority issue of fix and repair things ourselves so we now wish to depend on the more technically advanced solution rather than depend on the past intrusion of other nations development advantages. Driven by a need we would rather not force anyone to have to accept our ideas or our principles, we simply encourage those that wish to participate with these conceptual services to deal with acceptance and not persist their behavior towards the adversity. We do not wish the adversity to not have any deserving opportunity, we just do not have time to develop adversity and would rather develop towards our goal instead. This is no political decision, we are of no particular political party nor group that is lobbying to obtain support of a political group. We do bring our effort to the attention of the many politicians when we feel they should be aware and when their actions may be a considerable choice that would serve our intentions. If you were given a package of compliance which consisted of envelopes, pencils, pens, compass, ruler, string, writing paper, postage stamp vouchers, scissors, scotch tape and glue anyone of those items could be replaced. You might see yourself in some sort of a club and your membership would be yearly even if you moved to another city you would still be a member and you could help to organize this same club where you reside. This is a concept not a commercial situation, it simply meets your needs. So why is it that Consumer's are not thinking about their needs in such a way that they can achieve their needs without a commercial business which sells them the same needs at different prices depending on which commercial business your shopping at and at times offers you the same needs sometimes on sale or two needs for the price of one need. Logically we build a nation on the overall needs of the entire population, there are no small or large benefits derived of the need, there is not some division of color, race, or creed dividing the need from the benefit, there might be objection to some needs however by some whom would serve the need in another way. Suppose instead of paper some would serve to show the need is actually in saving paper and therefore their need then becomes computing methods instead, but for a club to consider computing it must increase its membership fee to cover the overhead of such computing equipment it may need to have so each member could access when they have a need. Complying to a form would serve every Consumer in that club instead of each Consumer having to create their own form so they do not need to take home a computer in order to serve the need they would choose but they may still need the paper. Club operations are of a design which serves all that participate. If someone wished to have it differently from a established method they could manage a club on a scale they could afford to create for as many participants they wish to be served without any fear of there being other clubs. America is a place of freedoms that allow Consumer's to manage their needs as they desire.
If however government sees objectives to boast the availability of a business which strives to serve the needs of itself or the needs only of a small portion of the population that is adverse freedom for Consumer's as a whole. All Consumer's are not being served by the needs of a small portion of the population. This then is a political assent to change only the needs of a few so to grow the needs of a larger small entity of individuals that then have the same needs without having changed their original needs. Growing this chnage incurs more funding and if that fund is derived from those American's that do not have the need there is a wrong being done the Consumer's that do not need the result and that is not freedom but a dictatorship. To tell all those American's to get out of the way and stay out of the way so to serve the need of a small entity of American's is violating the rights of the whole population of America. Our operation is not and would never stand against Consumer's in need, never. Our future therefore as a club membership would never form a movement that would bring about a war incitement against any American business or the government, we are not a radical objective but rather a peace of mind fundamental operation that takes care of the entire need it has presented itself. Do not consider "The Electric Vehicle Free Conversion Foundation (EVFCF)" as a Anti-American Movement. If the need is served for the many that participate and that decreases the need of commercial solutions they once experienced then their objective to get back what they have lost while having to have a need to comply to and that is their freedom to choose what and how to work with their need. This solution produces jobs, it does not push people to the brink of argument and violence by rejecting appeals or questions yet answered like a government issue that now has risen in the whole population Health Care Insurance situation that appears to be aimed at more non commercial services support than at bringing non commercial services into the public service.
Health Care Services in a Government Plan should stick with a Government Plan like Medicare and Medicaid. Insurance companies are making up their own solution obtaining Health Care proposals of Humana and the like while many smaller business opportunities have sprung up supporting what need arises from Humana like wheelchair, hospital beds, oxygen equipment, and patient personal needs provisions and they are depending more on Medicare and Medicaid to cover the cost but these small companies are taking advantage of Medicare and Medicaid in over charging in a rental operation. It's a growing business because they are making more money from Medicare and Medicaid than they by renting those items instead of saling them which was their main reason to be in business but their prices are by no means a wholsale price and many benefactors believe they are getting much more and paying less when that is actually not the issue at all. Humana charges for emergency visits more than a State Health Department would and the Government needs to center attention not to commercial ventures but towards State operations. Medicare and Medicaid patients are covered at State Health Department Clinics yet their overhead has increased because of having to comply to more technologies necessary and larger employment issues and Government is completely neglecting the situation State Health Departments are facing focusing on commercial business ventures that comply to Medicare and Medicaid.
Belief, which is one voting matter a majority seems to understand but it has now been shown that even believing in what your voting for is not exactly what you are going to receive. Looking at the issues of Obama we see many such scenarios not a couple that prove that the voters that chose Obama thought one thing and Obama yielded them yet something different and we are also seeing that these same voters are opposing the quest of Obama after which he has shown them they truly are not going to receive what he promised them. In all fairness why would a need for refunding other government issues cause the need not to be met as stated during a campaign that did not illustrate fairly that because of the need of something else like automakers and bankruptcies that Health Care would suffer due to the lack of funding and eventually Social Security would fail entirely.
Obama has made the need where there was no need to endorse, are you going to continue to support Obama and the new needs of American's that he endorses as the only need he has to complete his objective as a President. What need is that growth? Just how do you compare the anguish of Obama against the anger of the voters to a Fraud Commitment of Obama? Is it really Socialized Medicine of Insurance or coverage aspects for hospitals that hire doctors that reject Medicaid because their state does not cover Medicaid Insured? Humana presents a seperate biling to their patients, and their emergency room coverage is more expensive that a State Health Department where people should be going instead. The government is neglecting to exploit the growth of State Health Department matters and so more clinics will be possible in each state, some states only have three clinics for every city, some have to travel through several counties to get to a Health Care Clinic of the state Department of Health. When Health Alerts are issued it is mainly the Health Departments to receive that information before Humana or other provisional care businesses, take Alacare for instance which serves to have in home care for medicare patients not medicaid asnd their coverage is essentially expensive but Medicare covers their necessities and they get discounts on drugs while a in home nurse that comes each and every other day can actually order it off her little computer having received the fax right from the doctor office minutes before and go pick up the medication right then or bring it the next visit and that does not cost extra. Alacare can give shots and administer care to wounds and help in exercizes as requested by a doctor.
To what extent should a club organize itself to serve the majority of the population as a whole of America instead of a small minority within a state, and when does the organizing of the club become considered as a Foundation instead of a club?

War was serious efforts of McChrystal (U.S. Commander) in Afghanistan, Obama, the Commander & Chief is failing his efforts while he needs more men for the effort and challenged Obama to supply them while Obama reacted poorly & gave this U.S. Commander in Afghanistan the argument that it was not important since he was not finished with obtaining support. NOTE: To know whom we would need to know the days before the death event of June 25th at least seven days or more would be sufficient to understand whom exactly had a meeting with Michael. Such meetings would identify person(s) whom might have something like musical equipment or other devices used in concerts that he might consider purchasing. Paying particular attention to any foreign person(s) such as Latino's or Mexican's which would arrive in a large vehicle requiring them to make a call upon arrival to pass the security gates would be exactly such person(s) that could have met with Michael. The reasoning for at least a seven day time span is because Mexico and the U.S. court issues a seven day pass sometimes for person(s) that have a legitimate reason to leave Mexico and the Visa they carry would only be for a set time span which is normally seven days. This includes males and females wishing to go on a leave from their jail time in Mexico or elsewhere, most of the time it is approved for legal technicalities so they may visit with another attorney or a lawyer or make restitution serving papers for that purpose. In this case it could be to claim funds or to obtain funding. It is unknown if the two females would had been a Mexican Jailed Member. There are websites which allow Mexican females to chat with anyone for free and many are paired together and is somewhat sexual in content but not super hardcore broadcasting on the Internet. The possibilities are endless, we should not leave any stone unturned. This would also concern Tax Dodging and illicite drug sales, whom has been involved and how deep is the distribution in the United States.
There was a incident that occurred days after Michael's death in Mexico which is of particular interest. According to the story a couple females using drugs had killed the Two Midget Mexican wrestler's (La Parkita & Espectrito Jr.) they then robbed. The Mexican authorities would be most valuable in obtaining information of what particular drugs were used in their assailment of victums. Such drug toxicology could turn up in Michael's toxicology report as well if they had given chase to obtain funds from Michael or steal anything else from him during the time they had been meeting with him. Michael could have let down his security guard for just the right amount of time that they would have gained access to about anything they might consider removing from his home including money. If they had intentions to have a sexual show to disclose to Michael so that he could consider a show addition to his last show this would be a certainty that they might meet with him, "La Parkita" - or "Little Death" - wore a skeleton costume in the ring, is a popular showman in Mexico. Update (July 19, 2009): Now what we have is something rather bizzare where a security company has issued some advice in the case of Michael Jackson's drug usage. According to their testimony issued after discovering after the death of Michael Jackson several items of interest were found which after having followed a person that threw them into a dumpster. This implicates two doctors in prescribed drugs which were found at Michael Jackson's home and vials of those medications also found with identifying labels and the actual prescriptions which showed that multiple names had been used to obtain them. For what reasons yet known these items were disposed of and the investigation was not alerted prior to their disposal, this is proving someone has tampered with evidence. We cannot be so certain that some cinister plot against Michael Jackson came from outside his domain but we are now seeing gross negligence in the practice of medicine and surgical procedure which indicates that Michael Jackson has had a bit of a noose around the neck of these two particular doctor to make them do what he wanted beyond medical practice which included issuing drugs for use at his home not in a hospital. Geraldo (atLarge) & Craig Rivera (Senior Field Producer) on FoxNews has demonstrated with security personel that this is the case, there may not have been any Mexican drugs obtained that has been overturned but there always could have been a past of having done so and those unknown people yet to be overturned. We also see that Dr. Brian West license (Number G65175) has been revoked. Mexico has a drug industry which truck drivers have depended on for such drugs as Viagra and others sexual enhancement drugs that obtaining cases is nothing more than driving to the border, walking across and going into a warehouse then walking back carrying the box full of bottles. Adiction prevention medications can be obtained in this same way as also can drugs that are used primarily in a operating room. Michael Jackson had some contacts to obtain drugs almost anywhere, most of his contacts were from reliable sources and none have ever reported that they were obtaining drugs for him to the authorities or we all would have been informed that he was so its Michael's secret that he nor them would have revealed.

For Doctor Conrad Murray to receive case shipments he might could have faked a few prescriptions for them and that would certify the trucker to go get that many cases full.
