  Say advertising for a $3.99 Beef Sub Sandwich at the new Publix Supermarket does not state that if you order the Boar's Head Meat and not the Publix Meat on this Sale Item you must pay $5.99 at the Publix Deli, all that is different is the brand of meat. The same filthy finger prepare either and wrap it snuggly and place it in a bag with a specified content and price. So if you want to get the out dated Publix Meat which should have been sold several weeks earlier then you must specify Publix Meat but on the other hand the Boar's Head Meat has been there just as long so why does this supermarket think that its a good deal to shop at Publix or why does Boar's Head Meats not honor a Sale Price which would ultimately force their meats into the trash due to filthy consitions of its preservation? Speak to Boar's Head Meats about Publix and tell them FEMA sent you! Is this some sort of support, where could anyone have respect returning to their damaged home to enjoy a sandwich? I might also mention that many uninsured homeowners lost their homes and sold their properties to have to find a home elsewhere because of tornadoes. Has FEMA got time to understand who has the job?
The Boar's Head Provisions Company, in the New York City area since 1905, shipping Boar's Head Meats since the mid 1970's to all parts of the country. . I responded to the situation to Publix Supermarkets on 06-13-09 7.42AM in a message to them.

  Someone is paying attention that has a job! At the request of the Governor's office, to reexamine flood-damaged homes and businesses in Autauga, Bullock, and Montgomery counties. I might add that Highway 82 had been closed because of recent flooding in Autauga County for several weeks detouring traffic which normally is a bottle neck situation. The flooding was caused by excessive amounts of water flowing beneath the highways as runoff from community residential areas and fields which caused 'flooding in Candlestick Park in Prattville' (Thursday, May 7, 2009). On auto sales lot was completed left with floating autos and the water entered the business at a level of three feet, Boots Lamar Auto Sales lot was flooded excessively and he had been suffering from having a back tax issue which almost forced his bankruptcy legal matter but the Autauga county judge gave him support and allowed his continuation. Hwy 82 reopens after flood repairs. See the flood pictures below.

I think it is bad to think too support any foreign political leader if that leader wishes to support taking American Hostages. Mir Hossein Mousavi, the opposition candidate, stated he was for this and I think we as a free nation should not help him to take power in Iran. He is moving against, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, whom has not fully allowed the Iranian Rights to be respected, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, threatened the voters if they did not stop the revolt against the voting issue claiming there was no fraud in the election. It's Human Rights in Iran that is being violated by both, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad & Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Just yesterday morning (Sunday) killing of rebelling protesters had begun to fill the streets, at least twenty have been killed this far using police and military weapons of the Iran government. Former President Bill Clinton has stated similar Human Right Violations in Iran. The House has endoresed a Bill in support of the protesters. Many marches are taking place in America and the world as Islamists are supporting the protesters. President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has made a serious mistake going against the people of Iran, it is so serious that it is worse than that which we saw with the bailout where money was being given to corporates without balance checks and the American people must pay the tune years later meaning the youth of today will be paying more tax money when they are adults and economic factors will become worse.

I have added this extra portion to the roof to allow for wind flow beneath the four heli-pad areas atop this surface framework which can become strong due to the wind turbines along the outer perimeter of the building structure. In the original sketches each had a large antenna structure at the stairways to enter the platforms leading to the turbines, while this may be necessary for air traffic standards one central antenna could be mounted instead with more lighting atop the central elevator structure on the heli-pad surface. Note also that each heli-pad area would have a access hidden doorway leading to the framwork area with adequate walkway frameworkings leading also to the central elevator shaft structure.

As a result of Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger making a issue to save California's government establishing IOU Tax Rebate Forms I have a idea on how this Foundation could startup in all states without being a burden on their legislatures to obtain funding for it. This can be for Labor. Environment, Land Use, Transportation, Seniors, Budget, and International Relations & Trade bearing in mind that states need to benefit. IOU situation where each consumer would pay the $1,000 a year warranty for their converted auto but a portion would be set aside into a IOU fund where states would IOU the Foundation's fund from the Foundation so that theres a liquid asset they can depend upon without legislation for a period of five years. What this would fundamentally accomplish would be to establish another asset the Foundation could depend upon in five years which would be to help pay for the establishment of the factories in a long term loan agreement so all states agreeing to this would generate asset which then would total up within the five year period and the bank could lend the Foundation the money up front to complete the construction passing on the finance charge to all the states in a rounded average instead of the exact finance charge per state. So we owe Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger a word of thanks for considering that IOU situation for California Tax Payers Refunds, its a great idea I think which has potential. We really need to consider this aspect for establishing the Foundation. Job creation is the key to the industrial movement. For a portion to have a big effect it needs to be established at least 25% of the warranty which would be $250 per consumer vehicle conversion, nothing more than 33% of course as that would be to much to place into escrow and that is practically all what this is fundamentally doing for the Foundation to benefit and the states to benefit. As it happens of course means a long term matter and my Project Plan engulfs a ten year span which does not terminate after ten years but keeps right on ticking out converted vehicles for consumer's. We can overcome the taxation issue in a mighty big way without hurting any state budget. When there was no equity we managed to escrow equity and this makes the lender happier to lend the money to startup this Foundation, "The Electric Vehicle Free Conversion Foundation (EVFCF)". Backing the escrow amount the Foundation could have access to 10%-13% approximately half the amount, while consumer's would be placed into a organized listing per state so that would also be an aid to defining where the Conversion Facilities could be located to serve those whom would participate. This Project Plan would generate plenty assets so it would also create plenty jobs and with this in mind we would be on the road to a larger solution rather than a new government electric vehicle solution that would play out sooner than the Foundation workings. A state could depend on at least half of the escrow amount to establish their own conversion operations and hiring of their own workers especially giving into the idea that some Federal employees could be hired if necessary so locating their Conversion Facilities would be more definable per state.
