Science & Technology has fallen in the years, fewer innovations that affect a majority of the population. Much to our dismay the advent of energy projects such as wind turbines and solar cell technology topped the list which sprang forth a good many inventively smaller projects that are a take or leave matter. We are so limited in our view that we overlook the most necessary concerns and focus our attention on inventions that are actually improvements long in arrival. Within these we have battery projects, transport projects, and automotive projects. What we need is a wider view of innovation so that we should get more incentive because the the Chinese have a space program and are planning a stay on the moon, the Chinese have a super lock and dam project, the Chinese have designed a off shore airport. So we have a new kingdom that has so few input to its desires and needs than other nations. We could be claiming such success in designing underwater cities, aqua ships that can travel the Atlantic, Pacific, or rivers and aqua ducts, high-speed trains that can generate electricity just by their passing, carbon composite home prefab construction.

Most importantly a majority of citizens out in the public are not even aware of innovations in technology other than wii, iPod, Blackberrys, and some cellular networks and LCD television technologies which include Internet connectivity. The truth is few people really care that much about Science and Technology. Hybrid Vehicles are something they see as a fade they may never even encounter in their lifetime mainly because of the price. These are the realities, only people that have lots of money or work for corporates or big companies would ever actually make contact as far as a operative chance at driving such a Hybrid vehicle. Most teenagers would have to still go to garages and service stations if they did own a Hybrid vehicle just to show off what their wheels look like, course this means their automobile, and large parking lots would still be a local hangout for the new Hybrid vehicle owners to continue making friends in their cities. For government to endorse Hybrid vehicles for 1,000,000 Federal Employees is a good concept but this is a far reaching science in the making, following a six year endorsement the development surely will improve and what we may see is 1,000,000 Hybrid vehicles become obsolete because a better model which represents the better Science and Technological developments. Now that this is becoming a economic issue for America's future there seems no alternative our Science & Technology advancement is necessary.

We can bring about economic stability only by mandating Automakers to terminate their lines of vehicles which are not being seen by American's as their choice pick or purchase and for Automakers to turn to lowering the high cost of vehicles overall, esp. new Hybrid vehicles they should begin to redefine to improve within the next ten years. The United Auto Workers Union should release Automakers from debt and convert the insurance plan they began to a state insured Medicaid opjective to save money. Education programs which have no more than a 6 month training opportunity should be made available to any and all individuals that find Hybrid vehicle technology their opportunity for a job.

Major improvements in homes affected by higher than necessary Mortgage rating plans need to offset lower costs for ne Mortgages which homeowners are more capable to purchase in new FHA Approved Contracts. If jobs are a factor for homeowners whom lost their home due to these Mortgages, temporary jobs should be made available to them. I believe there is a future for America when government takes into consideration workers, their earnings, and their opportunities. Each state can contribute to a economic housing construction objective that affects low income people so that they may obtain better living conditions, and demolish the old housing that has become bad Mortgage valued for the housing monopolies to be dissolved, this also includes mobile homes which are is classified as trailer life.

We Might Have A Solution Now

Considering Science & Technology advancement for all of America is one approach that serves those whom should be served, not that it should not consider things that are least important but that all thing being considered should have approval and not just be spinning wheels out of Research & Development Project into another Research & Development Project both to share leading edge equipment, this is how it all might be necessary without colliding Projects. Science & Technology can provide methods which will produce better plastic windshields and better plastic/rubber tires for all vehicles.

We actually need all the population to be affected by a Stimulus Plan, (a) Jobs, (2) Transportation. That is more than just a million Hybrid vehicles and stands at about 250,000,000 instead. To accomplish this larger quota we will have to go about a new policy, one which does not interfere with Automakers and thier worker unions they support. In fact we need to employ as many American's as is possible to accomplish our new proposed objectives. Whether we announce a Business name or a Foundation name or simply keep this open for Science & Technology to achieve some of their objectives then that is the directive we have to proceed on. Producing vehicles is not necessary, but when we consider the education for each employee a cost factor we must consider government contracts that will serve Hybrid engine makers. To accomplish our goals we need only ask ourselves if we need to purchase new vehicles and end up with more shells that need converting in the future to better alternatives or start our objective directly from vehicles that can be converted which we already are the owners of. Dealers and Automakers are not going to return to the auto leasing business, those days have nearly passed entirely - were those days a bank scheme to pocket more profit than they could with a loan. If the government has 1,000,000 vehicles already then we should concentrate on manufacturing plants that will produce the components so we can then use the components to convert those million to Hybrid vehicles. We also should do the same for all consumer vehicles with a plan that would be financially stable for any consumer that would participate. The plan needs to address specific issues to protect consumers from the misuse and possible adventageous use of vehicles that are converted and this calls for laws which will substantially stand by the consumer. I do not feel that government needs to consider itself as a vicious misuser of converted vehicles to address the government in the laws but maybe a clause that states it shall also apply to any state because of State Vehicle Registration Laws.

Science & Technology is part of the arrangement because there are rare earth elements in use in product manufacturing component needs. Alternatives to some of these rare earth elements will only produce lesser quality products intended for the components and the components will be of lesser quality resulting in lower speeds and lower life expectantcy and that is a operative cost issue as well as a future cost issue when replacements are necessary of those rare earth products in the components.

With this in mind we are heading towards a future that holds much to our requirements at a lower operating cost and a greater quantity of converted vehicles without any new appendage to our budget and economic goals. We are becoming efficient, lets praise our accomplishments and not disgrace our nation worldwide in the decisions we make today.

I have still not received a favorible response from either President Obama, Vice President Joe Biden or The White House from all the E-Mails I have sent practically everyday to give attention to this Project Plan. I really doubt with great confidence that supporting the "Big Three" any further could be considered a legal option. Within some not all Franchise options for a Dealership to exist is a clause which allows the Dealer to either pay up front or if he desires to get a acceptable loan from the Automaker. In this so called Franchise establishment of a Dealership Loan is those Salesmen Licenses (New Car Salesman License costs $25,000 and a Used Car Salesman License costs $10,000) which are paid during the duration of the loans (valued at 10 years to 30 years whichever is acceptable) which could default if the Automaker declares Bankruptcy. The Automaker assumes full responsibility and therefore a Bankrupt Automaker means a Dealer would have to pay the Licenses themselves and sell off the remaining vehicle stocks till all is sold. General Motors corporation is the only Automaker to admit they have to eliminate 25% of their Dealership deals which are outstanding new loans (GMAC) under the new "GM Profitability Plan".

Under these circumstances I do not see a purpose being served in hiring of Ron Bloom, it is simply delaying the inevitable that Bankruptcy will occur, stocks which Automakers are planing to supply still have a ten year clause that is required to meet consumer stock of ten years of items per vehicle so beginning ten years ago we would see those as first being met and following up their product line to the present which is a ten year into the future proposition. Any Hybrid Vehicle is a Ten Year Proposition and any model which follows those are also Ten Year Propositions so we are talking about a future of disgraced and overstocked vehicle sales failures. If the government is trying to say it another way it is not a legal proposition. If Ron Bloom was to mention the Automaker Frollic to the common sense White House Spokesman he might respond differently making things worse than they seem saying that Automakers would be terminiating all such Dealership Loans and that is not the case.

Have you ever wondered why Obama has not read this Project Plan, wondering now why he has turned away from helping Consumer's avoid Foreign Oil Price Fixing schemes.

Obama proposes that for fiscal 2010 budget impose almost $1 Trillion in Higher Taxes during the next decade on the highest-earning Americans and U.S.-based Multinational Corporations to pay for permanent Tax Breaks for Lower Earners. This would be easier if our Federal Reserve was not running on near empty but the large sum is just the skim off the top of his proposals which will endorse the need of more from our Federal Reserve. I know Donald Trump is not a bit to saticfied with Obama but I really do not know any indication that Oprah Winfrey is satisfied or not knowing these facts. Obama's Budget would punish those who work hard to achieve instead of rewarding them. An individual forced to pay 39.6% of his Income to the Federal Government ; not to mention State and Local Taxes ; will think twice about working harder, taking a risk, or expanding a business to bring in additional income. So without an endorsement this shows that Obama has no earthly idea how My Project Plan would counter all the adverse appendings that are being brought on by Automakers. I wonder what Donald Trump and Oprah Winfrey would think about My project Plan, could they find time to understand it fully and would they then oppose Obama's Plan?

My how times are changing, seems government is more willing to overlook all the loans to Dealerships, or do they know this since Rob Bloom came onboard there seems to be a lack of communication about those issues.
Rob Bloom seems to be more on the side of Automakers than the Taxpayers.

Top of the Agenda is Bailout but there is a end in sight. The $700 billion legislation carries a provision for recouping the cost of the bailout fund. The bill requires the president in 2013 to submit a plan to Congress to tax financial firms that participated in the bailout in the amount of any shortfall. The Legislation doesn't create such a tax: The President must simply offer a Legislative proposal.

Bloom's salary may in fact be more, the legislation includes tax disincentives meant to discourage participating financial firms from paying their top five executives more than $500,000 apiece, a pittance by Wall Street standards. The bill also includes limits on severance pay to top executives at firms that receive large amounts of the bailout money.

All dependant on Carbon Credits of the so called polluters whom under Obama's Plan are at the wolves themselves and No Federal Government Bailout or Stimulus to bring about any changes in equipment or the techniques. Coal companioes to loose the sales because of a new Natural Gas Synthetic Jet Fuel additive that will cut the need of Coal by 50% plus Carbon Credits to cut into the profits will practically sign the bankrupt deal entirely so that the Administration then is only looking at Health Care and Long Term Medical Services but is that Quality such that people in the Southern States are enjoying or is that a Deflated Quality because of the money which is not available to support Quality. If Obama is going to endorse lesser than Quality for the North, Eastern and the Western States there may be a Self Serving Evacuation by citizens to get away from the Low Quality Health Care that will be offered in Northern States. Populations will change and the U.S. Census will be wrong once it has completed its rounds of counting prior to the vicious move by the population, many have already taken to Mexico regardless of the Drug Wars that are identified as occurring right now but as we have read it is much more than a drug war happening in Mexico.

Another keen idea I have is to make those billboard signs with a tilt mechanism so that they can tilt toward the sun during 10 AM - 2 PM each day, so no one is going to miss any advertisement when they are supplying electricity from the sun, they then can operate during the nightime and everyone has no bill to have to pay because they are Solar Cell Spray Painted, I once went for a Job Interview and the Billboard Advertiser turned me down because I was fresh out of High School and he wanted someone that had experience to do his layouts. The bitter sweat end to it all, I have conquered the world I left behind, never to have to return because they still have not an earthly idea how to do that. Big Talk About "American International Group, Inc. (AIG)"

Everything is about wasted and now AIG is going to become a new waste as they crafted it themselves from their past bad behavior over Bonus Payments amounting to $1 million each. Government angry and so is 75% of American Taxpayers at AIG. Manily the question everyone wants answered is that since the taxpayers own 80% of the company stock then who is looking out for the Taxpayers in all this, it surely is not Big Government that feels deeply rooted in changing things at the last moment that makes contracts look to be just a piece of paper that don't get used in a bathroom full of paper that gets flushed. So why not flush AIG with taxpayer money once it is back in the Federal Reserve cannot AIG sue again? It is not their option to change the rules. Just one rules forgotten, Taxpayers must be in that contract, or is paying off Taxpayers something AIG wants to overlook when so many have actually lost their 401(k) plans AIG was to pays they employees the pension, and 401(k)'s as nothing was different. Our money seemed to move overseas to banks we have never heard of as if nothing was different, anyone watching out for Taxpayers, I mean at the Board Meetings of AIG! Should that be a elected Official of the U.S. Treasury, or The Federal Reserve, or someone chosen by Congress or the Senate, or can all America simply file a Petition to move against their movement which eliminated The Taxpayer's? If AIG Employees think they are The Taxpayers then do they also think they now own 80% of their business, what about all the other Taxpayer's?

Tough shipment issue, once its in the mail syndrome, overcome by shear intelligence of the Congressional Action and Senators expressing anger before the Senate Hearing got underway. I appreciate our leaders efforts to grasp what the 80% means to all citizens its juts not taxpayers being harmed in this action of AIG.
Why does Liddy think the our Government would want to harm employees of AIG to shelter from all the names that were paid Bonus Money and have since left AIG? Ridiculous Math!
