See, It's 'Palestine' the Region formerly "The West Bank" and the Palestinians your attempting to help (Arabs - not the Hamas various mainly Arabs) them through using our U.S. Economic Plan & really Gaza is nothing to those Arabs as long as they allow Hamas to control & influence their only opportunity to try to make Palestine & Gaza something more than a Region. I agree its a humanitarian gesture to side with specific Arabs to demise the Hamas objective against Israel. Being divided Israel seems underminded, consider the Hezbollah in Lebanon that threatens Israel in the North & whom helps Hamas.
Illustrating Territorial Disputes all non US entities, territories, or settlements. The Establishment in Palestine of a National home for the Jewish people did not authorize any authority such as Hamas to operate nor exist in either Gaza nor Palestine Regions, but doing so did not declare a war or its outcome should undermine the main objective the Jewish peoples whom are disenfranchised between Hebrew and Arab dialects. If you do not agree with that then there must be a new word to capture the majority approval, not Palestine or The West Bank.
Our basic needs do not actually allow us to move against Hamas as should be undertaken by whom is responsible to uphold the Regions only declaration for it to exist peacefully. If the US and Israel acting on policing activity to occupy and claim responsibility for territorial mandates could support their economic situation if its portraying the original intentions and sheds control by the Hamas. Clearly war is not the answer to resolve disputes, humanitarian means have to establish right from wrong.
To choose to eliminate the Hamas you set your goal either to kill everyone of them or to be more humanitarian and exile them thus disrobbing them of their wealth and fame & requiring the feeding & sheltering of them during exile for long term duration of ten years would be to establish them a West Bank Refugee Prison Camp where the population is not a factor else the Gaza Refugee Prison Camp, building a Hamas Prison for their incarceration & detainment, to bring them before trial with ultimate sentences, to stand trial for murder. For the Arab Palestine People to honor & respect the goal Humanitarian principles should be enacted.
Eliminating the Iranian threat goes against basic Security and Political aspects of Russia there in Israel setup by The Kremlin. The Kremlin has a duty to its fellow countryment whom do work in Iran and have worked there since they obtained rights to help Iran build Nuclear (Lithium-Salt) Reactors and their fellow Russian Scientist know the risks involved in the task. Knowingly the response of The Kremlin would be to protect the interest of all other operations which Russia maintains and that includes Security in Israel. If Iranians were to discharge missiles esp. of nuclear category into Israel it surely would violate all agreements with The Kremlin guarding the employ status of Russians and their families in Iran and because of a threat to Russian operations The Kremlin would have no other response than to authorize Nuking Iranian assets they have in Iran and that means that the Russian Scientist know this would be a "Red October (movie)" offensive and their lives at stake each day in following the orders of The Kremlin. Colonel Muammar Qaddafi seems to me to be more against your administration mainly on the issue of America supporting Israel because it is such a small nation than being more concerned about the Kurd people and Kurdish government making a come back in a mighty big way. Is that some economic issuse with Muammar Qaddafi or is he just thinking of the Kurd situations as being more important to events in the Middle East right now? The Murder Of WPC Yvonne Fletcher
Yvonne Joyce Fletcher (1959--17 April 1984) was a British Woman Police Constable (WPC) who was shot and killed in London's St James's Square while on duty during a protest outside the Libyan embassy. Her death resulted in a police siege of the embassy which lasted for eleven days. It also caused the breakdown of diplomatic relations between the United Kingdom and Libya. Her death was the third murder or manslaughter of a mainland British police woman on duty, only 18 months after the first.
Fletcher was born in Wiltshire and joined the Metropolitan Police in 1977. At 5ft 2in (159cm) tall, she was believed to be Britain's shortest police officer (at the time, police officers were generally subject to minimum height requirements).
Nobody has ever been convicted of her murder.
On the day of her death, WPC Fletcher was one of a detachment of thirty officers sent to St James's Square to monitor a demonstration by Libyan dissidents opposed to the rule of Colonel Qaddafi. This particular demonstration was specifically to protest against the execution of two students who had criticised Qaddafi in Tripoli. The Libyan embassy, known as the Libyan People's Bureau, was located in the square and since February 1984 had been staffed by Qaddafi loyalists rather than professional diplomats. The loyalists had warned the police that they intended to mount a counter-demonstration.
About 75 protestors arrived by coach from the north of England for the demonstration, and the police kept them and the loyalists apart by the use of crash-barriers. Loud music was played from the bureau in an apparent attempt to drown out the shouts of the protestors.
At 10:18 on the morning of 17 April 1984 shots were fired into the group of protestors, striking eleven people including WPC Fletcher. The unarmed officer died of a stomach wound approximately an hour after arriving at hospital.The officers with her at the time included her fiance.
It is generally accepted that WPC Fletcher was killed by someone who opened fire with a Sterling submachine gun on the protestors from inside the Libyan embassy at 5 St James's Square.
WPC Fletcher's hat and four other policemen's helmets were left lying in the square during the subsequent siege, and images of them were repeatedly shown on British and international television in the days that followed. The British public reacted with horror to the third murder of a British policewoman in 18 months.
Following the shooting, the bureau was surrounded by armed police for eleven days, in the longest police siege in London's history. Meanwhile, Qaddafi expressed 'disgust' that his diplomats were not being permitted diplomatic immunity, and Libyan soldiers surrounded Britain's embassy in Tripoli in response.
The British Government eventually resolved the incident by allowing the embassy staff to depart the bureau (on the day of Fletcher's funeral) and then expelling them from the country. The UK then broke off diplomatic relations with Libya.In July 1999the Libyan government publicly accepted 'general responsibility' for the murder and agreed to pay compensation to WPC Fletcher's family. This, together with Libya's eventual efforts in the aftermath of the Lockerbie bombing, opened the way for the normalisation of relations between the two countries.
On 24 February 2004, the Today Programme on BBC Radio 4 reported that the new Libyan prime minister, Shukri Ghanem, had claimed that his country was not responsible for Fletcher's murder (nor for the Lockerbie bombing). Ghanem said that Libya had made the admission and paid compensation in order to bring 'peace' and an end to international sanctions.Qaddafi was said to have later retracted Ghanem's claims.

I have faith in Colonel Qaddafi and in the African Union's are militaristic not a stone at commercialism, which can make Africa much better than it could be as single Sovereign Powers each seeking opposite ends to the same means. Whom's complaining but the American people if Colonel Qaddafi were to come to America especially people in New Jersey (while some NJ property is owned by the Libyan Mission to the UN) and As one single voice at the United Nations I believe Africans will get a better solution from its internal government infrastructure that presents all concerns as needed. I am hoping for African's to be able to make themselves a Foundation that can work with government in their Transportation needs without having to devote so much time on the values which their fuel-economy has since brought them to realize that alternative energy is here to stay and to benefit from it without serious overhead expenses, maybe some Solar Collector Projects can be added to the New African Foundation Project which will supply Schools and Government Operations with the necessary power without expensive Power Grid necessities. Colonel Muammar Qaddafi of Libya's new challenge is to bring about all the countries into a single African nation. and it seems he has a attitude that America belongs as a model for this new Africa. A few countries do not desire to go along with this idea yet but its a challenge. With 450 million Muslims to help Qaddafi in this motion I feel that he will get more control over aggressive Terrorism, I also believe he is much against WMD and Nuclear Missiles. Colonel Qaddafi's youngest son Hannibal, 32, and his wife Aline, who is nine months pregnant, that he once hit and was arrested was released on bail two days later after posting bail of 500,000 Swiss Francs. Colonel Qaddafi has turned a new leaf, he is heading majoring in making a Great Nation almost from scratch, I hope there are no Civil Wars raised because of it, I am pulling for the New African Government, especially in Education of the population and growing into the best possible International School of Studies for the entire world to depend highly upon for knowledge.

His story indicating Mohtashami-Pur, the then minister of the interior, acknowledged in an interview that he had contracted Ahmad Jibril, the leader of a Palestinian organization, to bomb an American airliner. The PFLP-GC (Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine-General Command), Ahmed Jibril's terror group. US intelligence knew about Iran's intention to bomb an American airliner. World Poverty - What is it & How To Deal With It In The Future? May our eyes focus on where charity was, Africans, Philippines, Indonesians, Thailand and India. That was up until the conflict in Kuwait & next Afghanistan then in Iraq which sort of shadowed the Kurdish people with the politics of Saddam & the trial. But the majority of charity focuses on African countries. I read in the news a more serious problem now that swung from Libya & now is engulfing all of Africa to soon demand a single economic issue directed at every Bank in all countries if they agree. Muammar Gaddafi, new Leader of The African Union, is about to change everything in Africa from Sovereign Countries which are members in the United Nations to a single Sovereign nation which is all of Africa & designate single states. Some of the Sovereign nations do not want this, banking would be shattered according to the past run-in with Switzerland over his son, Hannibal being arrested, Gaddafi retaliated by removing Libya's $7 billion of assets out of Swiss Banks & Stopped supplying Oil to Switzerland. His government has recalled some of its diplomats from Switzerland, reduced flights between the countries, stopped processing visa requests from Swiss citizens, demanded the closure of Swiss firms in Libya and detained two Swiss citizens, & closed the Libyan Embassy there. All that in retaliation of his son's arrest. When Gaddafi gets his anger up he becomes furious and retaliates, the new round of retaliation against the Obama regime is about to start so what is welfare to a nation being born whom in Africa is to be capable of beaaring with this retaliation anger. American Banking is in for a bad scenario and so is American Business in Africa, I suspect import/export tariffs will be first on the agenda to increase or disallowed entirely. If our charity organizations are going to be lied to they may just as well terminate every aspect of funding into Africa as it would go into Banks now to be controlled by a central government under rules of Gaddafi to distribute, food deliveries would also be a new management option demanding that his new military make all deliveries if allowed. Compensation of the failures would not come about with the U.N. either as Gadaffi would isolate the U.N. from the entire ordeal - NO U.N. Authority allowed. This gets worse, money that is not being used by Gaddafi could not be returned to a charity to be returned to America as the wire capability would be disallowed. Gaddafi is a ruthless mad man now in control of The African Union, that is all there is to it in a nut shell Welfare in Africa will be a new frontier for Gaddafi's Management & Control.

 Look Senator Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), I have been showing The Electric Vehicle Free Conversion Foundation (EVFCF) at [http://jonalist.bravehost.com/articles/evfcf.html] for several months now adding each day something of importance and sending e-mails. I am one individual thats working behind closed doors seeking a better solution for all of the American Consumer/Taxpayers and believing that government might can bring about a good deal for Consumer's/Taxpayers that they have long awaited. What do I see, no one is paying attention, no one is taking notice, no one is believing that automakers can present a package that they want and everyone is still seeing high prices, gouged prices, increased taxes, more lobbiest that are not attentive and making a large salary, Corporates with 20 or more Top Executives that can now claim $500,000 Bonus incomes when they want it and 20 x $500,000 = $10,000,000 believe it or not so if there are just 10 Corporates doing that much damage to the economics of Tarp then it is $100 Million each time they take a Bonus to their regular salary which in most cases is above a Billion and they are not being asked to pay that money back so why then are they being allowed that much brain-fuel. My Project Brain-Fuel needs financial support - what you want is jobs then just configure the total facilities you want to have employees in each state and get the 250 million auto conversions done and stop saying that people have to buy automakers dream wheels.

Because Africa is about to startup their New Economic Objective in creating a single Currency manufacturing in Africa is beginning to see the benefit as exporting many goods to America to bring lower pricing than that China has done. In the beginning of Africa's Economic opportunity to get recognized on the world Stock Markets and to obtain Share Buyers the New Government may put a nail on Layaway for the Obama Administration which it can literally underestimate American Economic Open Book Test. So if America's are ready to go right ahead and watch their business grow maybe then they should consider to purchase cheaper than China, esp. automobiles and trucks. If President Obama wants to get with a defense plan for Africa now is the time to startup talks and stop watching the smoke rise because of the progress African's are making to convert their countries into the platform of Statehoods. No it is not going to annex with America, it will be separate and only one nation going to the United nations instead of the many from Africa. Just think what it would be like to annex with Mexico and Cuba at the same time linking Cuba and Mexico via a coastline Underwater Tunnel, propulsion would be Gulf Water Pressure Differentialization not to dissimular to a air engine only this is a water engine which functions inside a tube. Castro is pulling his own and Cuba aims to pull Democratic Policy.

The government position is not the same as Obama entirely. Many see the course of events of reality that automakers are having Job Cuts and Layoffs creating unemployment as a sign that more Jobs are just not going to be available at those automaker businesses. Obama sees the nation as a plan which shoves employment into a box that is already full and then trys to ship a Stimulus which aims to spend more on Job Infrastructures which require retooling by automakers whom could do the task of making new vehicles for government bureaucrat usage. In fact this same idea is taking the tricks out of the employment directive where states are at a loss by committing their efforts towards a backlogged workforce which is unemployed already and there are those formal employees that would obtain the first pick to Jobs because they are trained and the new comers are not. Meanwhile other businesses esp. Banking is having failure in maintaining their Job market as they buyout the Foreclosed Banks which the government took from their originator and other Banks have taken control removing employees which originally worked at those locations which then makes more unemployed even so they were promised that they would have Job Placement many of them are finding they do not qualify because they lack the experience and years of experience of the Jobs which are being presented then so they have to seek unemployment and compensation for Job loss and that will go on for two years. Ignored are politicians that have a dream larger than their own budget they have yurned to achieve on their own and the message appears more unsolvent with the many different inputs to make that small dream a reality, who's President walks a tightrope upside down proving its the ethics of presentation rather than the reality that matters most. A tremendous Bill to head a Free Market Opportunity is what has been actually a miss targeted proposition while we see the adverse overtaking the proposals that can have a economic impact over this overloaded Stimulus Bill. Depending on existing business to reset their Job Market would be the wrong direction, 61.3% of Pollers believe it is the wrong direction entirely. Obviously with fewer people working dependence on Taxes seems ironic, Tax Cuts are necessary to balance the failed equation, the unemployed cannot pay taxes obviously so that spelling as Tax Cut Stimulus is really a poor judgment call.
Obviously Chavez and Russia are having a bout with missile orders, Venezuelan folks do not want to purchase Skud missiles which Russia has plenty of and Russia does not want to discount their new inventory to the Venezuelan government. Vice President Biden seeking a new direction by stating the Reset Button needs pushing has not given up hope on President Putin and Former President George Bush whom had worked for a new direction for Russia for a long while curbing Russia from being arm hugging Iranian spirited devils in the envelope. Wishing Venezuelan President was out of the way right now is where VP Biden hopes to redirect the effort and turn the populous of Venezuela against Chavez once and for all, it could work better if there was a political formal United States Democrat Party in Venezuela that would go up against Chavez's pick to take on the voters in the race for the Presidency but a substantially backed Russian Party could easily obtain a American to support in those elections against Chavez that could communicate to them directly and that would change politics a bit in Venezuela making it ever so harder to get a Democrat Party established that would have a great candidate of choice for all Venezuelans.

According to the U.S. Census circa 2000, almost 7 million American homes use propane as their primary fuel. D.O.E. estimates that there are 250,000 vehicles powered by Propane & close to a million worldwide (Propane was particularly popular in Australia through in (70's & 80's). Among LP's many benefits, Propane refills take about the same time as a stop at a gas station, as the liquids flow at about the same rate. Additionally, Propane vaporizes at normal atmospheric conditions, so fuel spills are literally impossible (the fuel immediately evaporates).
Liquid Propane, LP is a cleaner fuel than gasoline. When burned, Propane emits 40% less particulate matter, half the NOx, & 87% fewer total hydrocarbons.
This is using Propane in your vehicle and/or gasoline with little conversion necessary, just a add-on to what is already in your vehicle, but there are engines that are capable of running but the fuels that are new that can be bought by a Consumer which eliminates buying a new automobile. This expenditure for New Hybrid Vehicles for government use makes me wonder just how many government employees and elected officials really know about Energy Proposals & Solutions. Liquid Propane conversion & Special LP Catalytic Converters, LP Tanks, for trucks is available but the cost is expensive and to expensive to make a Project at providing all Consumer's all that is needed for it, makers are particular to disallow in most states esp. self conversion so it is still needed and the government is not making it anymore possible to make it available at a lower cost, government is however willing to loan money to boast that industry which is price gouging Consumer's whom do not have a New Engine for their autos which has Ceramic Coatings in the Cylinders of those Engines. Businesses that are providing the Conversion Equipment are not thinking to supply all Consumer's, that is a Budgeting Plan outside their intelligence since they only want Profits for their own demise.

What I say to the, 'Federal Reserve bank of New York', I also say to the overall 'Federal Reserve System'. The Stimulus attempts to elude The Foundation into a Banking Switch Scheme that deprives The Foundation in over work directed at a Loan establishment and The Foundation is not a business as I introduce The Foundation (it is the main branch of the overall picture to coordinate efforts directed at Converting Consumer's Vehicles) its not directing automakers to continue to launch their projects that is to expensive for Consumer's that reject their appeal of funding since they have no interest in their products. Perhaps government needs a Energy Plan but Consumer's were scammed in the first Rebate Energy Programs that were offered (why did Corporations receive the major rebates if & only if they produced over a certain amount in the millions of dollars), if this continues there will be fewer Consumer's that desire to support such Energy Programs by (D.O.T. & D.O.E.), besides the Power Distribution of the future is suppose to be directed at Underground High Power Distribution just like it has taken shape in Thailand and other Asian Countries and has a special device because of Earthquake Prong Areas which works for Underground Cables known as a Quick Disconnect Cable Connector and is completely safe to discharge no power upon disconnect which is caused by a Earthquake. Tell me that a United States Power grid is going to tackle that objective and make sure that it is not a Above ground Power Distribution System from Coast to Coast. So My Project Plan actually is a Backbone Infrastructure that endorses Consumer's directly, not indirectly. Building projects are a major asset for the future of The Foundation which is largey more than a Ten Year Objective, once it has been enacted its objective stays in place forever offering lower Warranty Options each year for Consumer's to stay safe and provide improved products to Consumer's Vehicles at no extra cost. I don't consider the directives of a Stimulus or President Obama calls it a '$834 Billion Spending Bill' capable of helping The Foundation when Banking is to Profit from any Loan required for a startup, The Foundation is not a business and does not need Banking & Loan support for Consumer's to interact with to obtain a Electric Vehicle, the overhead is all covered by The Foundation. Tell me, are Taxpayers asked to pay for handouts and brochures that Departments mail to them and they did not even request such documents, do Consumer's have to pay for the added Police Protection at each Bank that is handling the money from the government on their Tax Returns Provisions or is that suppose to be a Banks required overhead cost? Are Consumer's asked to pay for the construction of a New Department in the United States Government which has Federal Employees administering a "Budget Office" which a Foundation could use to balance the In's & Out's of Money on their Tax returns as they experience each year of a recession?
What Insulation for Homes is shows to spray-in paper or fiberglass or cotton either injecting into the interior walls or the ceiling attics and basements. Its really not what is supplied to consumer's which gives them the opportunity to Do It Yourself. Supposing that a team spirited group were to move this Do It Yourself Opportunity into their expertise and advisement discounting the materials used by 'Energy Bonds' earnings then the ordeal in using this objective in a Stimulus Spending Budget would be entirely not needed. Consumer's buying into the 'Energy Bonds' would then benefit as this would be a option of their choice to benefit their Home, Water Supply & Piping upgrades another option to choose as would be Heating & Air Conditioning or Kitchen Makeovers for instance. My point here is to illustrate a new feature for 'Energy Bonds'. I first bring up 'Energy Bonds' here: Energy Club Savings Plan. Depending on what category is how they work, if unemployed individuals and homeowners are facing these problem issues why not consider a temporary living accommodation for them while their home is reconditioned instead of trying to Stimulate Voters into believing that a Stimulus Spending Plan such that is so costly does not actually address Consumer Banking Potentials like 'Energy Bonds' would support.

Why Is That So Under Spirited, Taxpayers Are IMore Important Than The White House Is Acknowledging For Their Comments? At least the 'Federal Reserve bank of New York' will respond in Five Days to me. Seriously, account monitoring is what is on the minds of the Congress both house & Senate wish to know what the Bank CEO's are spending the money one which they accepted to improve their financials. This can be a smaller objective, requiring the monitoring of a Credit Account which the Federal Reserve could enact for each of them that wouls be a skeletal Account having only a portion of their request not every Bank's request. The purpose would be to make the Bank's Credit Score better. As Corporates normally do they manage their assets on a single Credit matter pooling all their Board of Directors to their credit Account and that should increase their Capital Buying Power, therefore their Credit Score increases in value but this skeletal account would have government as a holder whom could at anytime it felt necessary to stop a Credit charge.
As a Example:
Corporates and Incorporates add more members to their staff of Directors of the Board simply to increase their Credit Scores so they can obtain better Credit that is why some have ten or more Board Members. A Consumer could do the same thing if their Credit Score was to low they could add a member to their Credit Card and that members Credit Score is then averaged to his and it increases his Credit Score except that the added member is then allowed a Credit card in that name, so if it were like your name, your wife could be added if she had a income and maybe her credit score and your credit score could add up enough to get credit approved on a very large purchase but I understand you have no Bank Account and probably have been using no Credit either. Another example is like GM & GMAC whom adds all the Board of Directors to a GMAC Credit Card resulting in a much higher Credit Score and that would allow a tremendous purchase to be approved such a a multi-million dollar commercial jet or a helicopter. If Congress established a Skeleton Account with a Ghost Credit Score of Absolute Maximum Best and a business had a financial problem then they could add that Skeleton Account and balance the Credit Score to a better rating and their Credit to payoff bills would be larger possibilities without using Bailout money or a Stimulus to get them back inline. So what would a Credit Score of $10,000,000,000,000 dollars be for states and businesses, SAVE OUR TRILLIONS.

Now I imagine what kind of strings, like maybe stock portionment but he did say they can repay the money if they do not want it. My Project Plan manufactures smaller components for 100,000,000 vehicles within a Ten year duration, regardless of the Make, Model, Year which are Universal Electric Related, not any Internal Combustion Engine components, no brake fluid components, no collapsible steering components, no ICE Driveshafts, no ICE Rear-ends, no ICE A/C or water related radiators or heaters, a module for components front and rear which is resizeable, Electric Wheel-Hub Motors, Generators, Power-Generation Shocks, Sound Proofing, Carpets (made of CO2 type plastic), plastic windows & plastic windshields (decreases weight of vehicles), floor board sheeting/formed (decreases weight of vehicles). How this Factory Project would look
My idea for a factory is a truly unique design utilizing a circular foundation underneath the ground surface by four levels which serves as a parking facility for all employees and a circular building which is five stories in height for manufacturing, storage, and offices that cordinate with the automated facility machines and their team members. Two levels of the outer circular structure are supporting the circular item handling service belt delivery system, one per level. A circular rotating storage structure is housed in the middle of the entire facility that has automated retrieval and stocking capability like a large luggage facility at a airport or a small CD/DVD selective playback and return device which is also available in VHS tape playback systems for automated radio and television stations but is on a much larger scale and handles boxes of supplies and ready to ship products for conversion. Shipping/Receiving has a circular belt system to aid in removal of product components from the large circular main belt system and within its center is two small hoist for lifting heavy objects, all of which can be accomplished without man's intervention excepting for placement once lifted or removed from the belt drive system. The main belt drive system delivers the products to each work section or to central storage if not immediately needed. The work sections are divided into four categories, (1) Small items, (2) Assembly Small items, (3) Large items, (4) Assembly Large items. These sections do not perform the same work with each shift of workers and is dependent on the demand issue in such a way that maybe 100 vehicle products must be attended to then the next 100 vehicle products, so on & so forth. Another phase to My Project is improving Highway access to the factories and construction of tunnel access for parking beneath, one further inclusion is two helicopter pads on top of the factory for emergency intentions which would serve as access for emergency flights to a medical facility which keeps emergencies out of the direct flow of traffic accessing the factory. Housing units for single dwellers whom would rather not drive or be pooled in transport buses from other locations provides them living quarters during their entire employ without depleting from their earnings and encourages their participation in overtime employment to be the shift worker replacements if necessary because of illness. A medical staff with three Registered Nurses shall be a objective to serve as a medical team for the entire factory at each location. A housing unit community for workers also will encourage of of work U.S. foreign workers from other countries whom have lost their jobs abroad increasing the opportunity to import more workers into America, perhaps some Defense Department Training opportunities can be created to bring foreigners to America so thay may learn and later their experience can be enjoyed in other nations under the same conditions created for the Foundation that nation may consider to develop and they become their educators thus rebuilding a nations integrity in jobs and opportunity abroad, diverting global economic crisis in the future.
I lack drawing capability on my computer to draw the descriptions I am writing about for My Project. I am seeking some advice in regards to solving this problem from several high-tech ranges of possibilities. I am open for suggestions. Our nation needs jobs, we need to increase at least 2.5 million jobs within a year, the Stimulus $789 billion package cannot meet every aspect of job necessity but it is a start, creating only 1.3 million jobs by the end of 2010, with 3.9 million jobs hopefully. The Stimulus does not include The Foundation which would create millions more jobs that would go beyond the ten year objective in creating vehicle components and converting vehicles so this is where we stand and how we need to change the future being handled for government objectivity and little consumer objectivity unless consumers do make new vehicle purchases or home improvements. I have a Housing Unit Complex Community Facility which can develop land into a very nice living condition that would be idea for this project, houses are small and all cordinate. Implementing a tunnel for use with golf cart sized mobile people carriers would be one way of getting workers from their home to the factory and parking facility beneath it where escalators can offer some access and elevators that operate downward offer other access thus making the factory and parking facility totally accessible without demanding road ways and driveways for each home would save a tremendous amount of funding just from transportation caosts and energy consumption from distant travel. I hold a lot of respect for the main theme of the factory serving America and providing a economy which has never been experienced before. This effort is entirely a new objective, a new proceedure to adjust economics in a way to make America Energy Independent and encourage single self supporting energy development throughout the nation.
Besides this problem I have which is a minor situation, President Obama has integrated new rules for Construction Groups Decry Obama's Executive Order on Rules for Federal Building Projects qhich gives Unions a right to participate in Federal Projects; Story: (Text). Many Union members are opposing Obama's idea that changed President Bush's Executive Order because such Federal Construction is more costly, has higher wages and 84% of the country's construction workers are not in labor unions. Obama's order takes the contractor out of the process of negotiating with their employees and puts the government in that role, 803,000 construction jobs could be created by the end of 2012. Jobs following a ten to twenty year period of operation could be enlarged to include personal home Wind Turbines and solar collection systems of the best qualify in mass production therefore making jobs as a single objective to keep the factory at a steady occupation for jobs and job services in the fields that need special equipment produced at a super savings. The Foundation has a tremendous opportunity to grow and provide consumers with adequate transportation support for many years in the future. Please Save Our Tax Money and not spend our tax money to force taxpayers to have to pay more in the future when the value of our money is less because we failed to support this Foundation.

Inclusions in the Homeowners Assistance Fund are "$3 billion in construction funds to repair and modernize military facilities", "$555 million to acquire title to a military person's property or reimburse the individual for losses after a private sale or foreclosure". Established for wounded who need to move for medical reasons, surviving spouses of those killed in action or Defense Department personnel suddenly ordered to relocate including widows of Defense Department civilian employees killed in the line of duty, $481 million for new or expanded facilities to take care of medical and social service needs for the wounded and their families. The compromise bill gives the State Department $228 million to upgrade its computers and computer security, a program that has had trouble getting fully funded.

NOTE: High-Speed Trains interfere with other traffic modes such as in a county road/railway crossing or in a city crossing, when a accident occurs or a failure of traffic signaling occurs this delays the High-Speed Trains, they then must wait our 30 minutes - one hour for the repairmen to arrive and make repairs before they can proceed, if passengers have ice cream in a shopping bag it melts, milk can begin to spoil if the cooling system is not adequate, if a rush to a medical facility were necessary a High-Speed Train would be among the last desperate resorts to get there and this adds more overhead operative costs to helicopter access whether traveling by rail or not. A High-Speed Train is not a Monorail System that is limited development infrastructure like in a 2-mile loop as opposed to a straight route that has a dead-end and alters the direction of the engine for return trips. I was not going to & certainly not planning a trip to Los Angeles or Las Vegas Nevada.

No Single "Car Czar" Would Shepherd the Ailing Auto Industry. Instead it's this Auto Task Force with Ron Bloom added for Restructuring of the Auto Industry on his Cabinet. The Presidential Task Force will encompass a string of US Government Agencies, including the Department of Treasury, Department of Labor, Department of Transportation, Department of Commerce and Department of Energy, as well as White House Energy and Economics Officials. Ron Bloom looks like a farmer.
The only restructuring I believe the Automakers need to support is to stop manufacturing entire vehicles so that they may increase their momentum with Vehicle Chassis and Body Manufacture only and that will remove their tedious and expensive testing phases and necessary upgrades for other format taesting as that would develop amounting to Electric Vehicles, Hydrogen Vehicles, Natural Gas Vehicles (both Fuel-Cell and ICE burning types), and The new Butanol Fuel Option for Vehicle Development. If Automakers can design a Vehicle Chassis and Body that is a improved Impact Efficient Model than they have been that would be well worth their attention to only the Chassis and Body. If Automakers are skeptical of the process fearing they have no right to put their name on a vehicle they have designed with specific parts then their option is to craft a package which provides to any and all purchasers complete details of the entire vehicle as is suppose to be manufactured and assembled (in Manual plus Instruction Book and in DVD Format) and they have all their rights to claim that they have creqated the vehicle being sold regardless of whom is assembling the vehicle. Assembler businesses can become part of America's landscape providing more employment and this will help lower the great expectations & stress Automakers and their Union Employees each are under. Many of the vacant buildings once occupied by the Automakers for manufacturing esp. in Detroit could then be refurbished and used for storage facilities for these Chassis and Body Parts. Right now these locations of prior use are disaster areas of filth and disease concentration points that have no value to them or the cities they are located. A new incentive for additional workers to be employed at such facilities would compel our economic purpose to benefit. Task Force In Action
