Since when did a Automaker begin to exclude the Dealers from the triangulum, that is American money in circulation regardless and its earmarked AUTOMOBILES. When you add to that Hybrid Automobiles for the US Government you are not changing anything cause it is still earmarked AUTOMOBILES. Dealerships paying their own Licenses per Salesman is hardly the situation, each Salesman maybe responsible for their own License Fees but they are not being endorsed to serve the Automaker in Warranty as we are instructed since Automakers must obtain the need of Warranties from the Dealerships whom are responsible showing the Dealership as the one for buyers to get their autos serviced through and that is the closest dealership if you order a new Warranty from the Automaker yourself without a Salesmans' advice. Dealerships are the only responsible party to Warranties sold by the Automakers therefore Dealerships must be representative of the Automakers not the Salesmen of the Dealerships. This option is in the Right To Use the Name of the Automakers. This Legal Aspect then is a License request which Automakers serve to those Franchises and the Franchises are privately owned so what autos they order from the Automakers must be paid in advance at the price the Automaker requires and if the Dealerships go obtain the vehicles they are the Deliverers not the Automakers but if they do not then Automakers must employ a Delivery Train or Truck Driver to do so. Most New Autos arrive via a Railroad Train, but they could be shipped via a ship down river or across the Atlantic or Pacific Ocean. Automakers must letigate the matter for Licenses for Dealerships and Salesmen of Dealerships, all Licenses for transporting vehicles also are the responsibility of the Automakers. When your New Warranty arrives it comes from the Automaker not a Dealership. Many Used Car Lots do not have a Warranty on their vehicles being sold and it would be up to the buyers to order a New Warranty and if your buying through a Car Sales Lot your paying only the price Automakers sale a Warranty for, there is no Profit in saling Warranty Papers. Therefore Dealerships must pay for Used Car Licenses. A Legal Representative of the Automakers handling New Car Sale Licenses would handle most of these requests at a single visit. Now that was just the part of their triangulum which is required for them to profit so they can repay government what they have already taken in loan guarantees from the government and there was no six year budget tied into those proposals which the Automakers presented not our US Government. The other part of this triangulum is that their suppliers have to have licenses and pay a tax in order to establish their businesses each year plus the Automakers business itself must also pay plus the manufacturing stronarm of each Automaker has to pay Licensing Fees and that Tax each Year to stay in business, the year 2008 has ended, are they now seeking money from our government to pay their Fees and Taxes to obtain the permits so they can Assemble Automobiles? When you add all these figures obtained for each Automaker together you can than add these to the above totals and you can begin to compare the cost per year which they are required to have paid before they start doing their work and hope and pray that someone in Americqa is going to purchase their entire Price Gouged Automobiles at a lower off showroom price before the vehicle gets towed in lots of ten to a private dealer that in turn will sell in lots of three to back yard dealers that in turn will sell at a low price to alter the Title and get the vehicle in their name and handle a maximum of five sells only per year selling at a price just below what the showroom price was so that buyers think they are getting a NEW Car Cheaper than from a Dealer but theres No Warranty and if they want a Warranty they have to go to a Dealer and the Dealer has to buy Warranties from the Automakers. That is how they work it so they can show they are at a loss and no gain and their balance sheet will reflect a loss of profit and they will reapply for a new loan to do it over and over each year.

For this reason Automakers are capable of supplying Loans to qualifyinf Franchisers to establish the business, some of these Loans ar tied into Mortgages, the companies which did not process their purchase of the right's of Franchise manageable over several years in payments are paying their own way without a Loan and they could be subject to separate Bankrupty Rulings. But there are a majority of Big Dealerships that are being managed via a Loan Program and these can be written into thirty year Mortgages. The reasoning a Automaker may find it hard to financially approve more Dealerships may be a result of their Economic Crisis, failure to pay due License Fees may result in Premature Foreclosures and we know Automakers cannot continue making vehicles if there are no active Franchisers.

When the Union wants control, Obama supports the UAW Union and not the Automakers. This is becoming even more evident. Automakers cannot invent a appliance which is a 'Stationary Machine Apparatus' also known as a robot by UAW cause the UAW Lawyers control that aspect since only Union Workers can run diagnostics and work at each and design them for patenting purposes, the fee for the use of them is a hourly wage to UAW as if it is a human and if a holiday its a paid vacation leave for the apparatus as well, its formerly a Monopoly. Monopolizing the Auto Industry more is not the solution to serve the New Industrial Era. Obama is wrong in dictating change for the Union to massively control everything and all jobs. Fortunately we do have a choice as Consumer's, we can start a New Industrial Era since we recognize the Second Industrial Era as a financial failure. If the UAW did not have anything to do with the component that the Automaker bought to install to a vehicle then the Automaker could make a patent in order to handle that component in their business however they desire without any feedback from the UAW or their Lawyers and it hurts the UAW to lose such monopoly proposals from out of the Union Realm of Component Management.

Obama's administration has gone to far, the move Obama has taken would result in many of the employed at Automaker businesses to resign because it is a dictatorship, much more than a Socialist movement indeed and aimed above the measures of the Communist Party to cope against the Communist Party no doubt which could start their own business in America just as the Japanese and Chinese have. Obama cannot get around this nor can the Automaker, it is operating a dealership in each state, that is a lot of money the states would gain because of their operations whether self owned or backed by a Automaker Dealership Long Term Loan. This Salesman License Fee is no doubt different in your state, checkout your License Bureau at your State Business Licensening State Office of Revenue. A tremendous amount of money to lose to statehoods that will not reinvest money for the Foundation.

A Sixty Day Restructuring Plan For General Motors, Thirty Day Restructuring Plan For Chrysler. Why does Obama Think This Project Plan Would Make The Automaker Plan Vanish From Being America's Spirit? Hasn't Obama got enough intelligence to realize what they have to work with is only UAW Equipment, Automakers are the Designer's of Automobiles none the less a major architect of the Auto industry, the UAW Workers are simply the negotiators of Employment to do the work of producing what Automakers design, theres nothing formal about that except the MONEY MATTER. Wagoner has been CEO for 8 years and at GM for more than 30, he joined GM in 1977, has had a senior role in GM management since 1992, & only became the CEO of GM in 2000, so he knows the UAW better than anyone knows their wallet payments to the UAW. GM asked for $16.6 billion more and Chrysler requested an additional $5 billion, Ford has never taken any money of the Big Three. The Chrysler CEO Robert Nardelli has yet to be required to leave Chrysler which is dependent on General Motors. Both these must comply to government control, the only other plan Obama is endorsing is a Tax Incentive for Consumer's that buy a new car. Just as I should warn all Consumer's that if they buy a new car it is harder to get out of that purchase contract than if they bought from Hyundai which will allow a Consumer that bought one of their cars to bring the car back if they cannot pay the monthly bill cause of the loss of a job or other hardship, GM & Chrysler are not giving this incentive nor is Obama. Face it, Obama is now a crippled President, time shall dictate from this day forward on his complete rejection by voters and Automaker employment, his days are indeed numbered. More Resignations are expected, Don't woory about a job, Automakers can do it without Union Workers so those employees can resign and denounce the UAW immediately and not fear the loss of the General Motor CEO and the Board Rejection of Control by the government because GM is now a TAX PAYER BUSINESS SUBSIDY not a Official Self Owned Business Anymore, Those Contracts are invalid papers awaiting letigation. The mechanics of the new 'Muscle Gel' stops dependence of Hydraulic Robot Arms and Legs, No More Electric Motor Dependence, what more could you ask for in a solution of strength. Just exactly how much money is the Unions collecting from Auto Workers, like there must be a difference for each of the three Automakers being forced to do Union Service. I know if there were a tax on Unons they would have to find some way to weasel it out of the Union Employees in Dues, but if Government Restricted Unions from doing this they may have to not seek increasing wages but rather decreasing wages to obtain that operational tax and license fee for them to compete against America's Health Care Providers like Medicaid and Medicare. If these Wind Turbines were each rated at 5 Mega Watts there would be generated 20 Mega Watts at each 'Component Vehicle Manufacturing Plant' and with Four we would be generating 80 Mega Watts and if that is tied onto the Power Grid that would be a substantial income from Electricity to help bring the cost of the manufacturing and food for employees down plus some for a rainy day fund so there could be raffles and the winner could accompany more winners on a trip somewhere and that way a paid vacation would not be necessary. Course the Power Grid would have to negotiate out that in a yearly check cause they balance what is owed to them each month. It was a good thought anyway.

This Foundation concept is better than anything the U.S. Government has proposed and is the outreach for Automakers. With these figures in our face we can't be wrong because we still have a few ways to derive assets so our working Capital is more achievable and we just can't go wrong between now and ten years in developing this Foundation to its fullest potential and operation in America for Consumer's to benefit. Course our future depends on Startup money and that could be contracted through a Venture-Capital Funding business where they coordinate the Coalition which accepts donations, gifts, and contributions which are Tax Deductable and allot themselves from 20%-35% and the remainder to the Foundation for Working Capital and with that 20%-30% they then index the operations of Consumer Vehicle Conversions to the Stock Market and sale stocks which pay out dividends without the Foundation having to partake in the Stock Market at all. In fact because of this separation of Stocks and Operations the foundation employees working to accomplish the conversions could purchase shares of the stock and further aid in strengthening the work of the Foundation and guarantee their retirement in this way if they chose to. It is a way the employees could move from state to state and maintain their job the entire time they were traveling during the ten year period and that figures out to be $20,000,000,000.00 per year in expenses but it all is not necessary to spend on employment and health care insurance for employees. We do not earn enough from this estimation to purchase a private jet but we will be purchasing many different types of vehicles as needed to handle the work load and this includes machinery and tools.

What I believe is the best possible alternative for this Foundation operation for the consumer is that their vehicle is also insured for loss of payment of the Warranty which should play out within 5-8 years for them so the cost of it will be prorated according to their vehicle conversion cost and this amount will ultimately become lower once this period of time has lapsed so that the consumer is paying lesss and less each year and then a completely new amount thereafter since their vehicle is paid for, a consumer can elect to pay in advance and that will gain them the same deal of purchasing a Warranty at the absolute lowest possible cost while they can't obtain this Warranty from anywhere else for the products package installed to their vehicle to be covered for replacement for free.

Fine Print:
If a consumer fails to pay the Warranty its their fault and they must choose to pay the remainder of the cost of conversion of their vehicle in full and or forfeit their vehicle entirely, at the option of the Foundation the consumer will receive a replacement of the vehicle on their file which they had converted not the same converted vehicle changed back as that will become recycled junk and the cost of legal fees if adverse matters are noted in this failure are payable by them to the courts.

I just had a hard time explaining to them that converting a $35,000 auto to a Electric auto was not such a good idea and for them to sell the expensive car and buy themselves a cheaper one to convert and that would make it easier for me to see doing that. The better solutioin for expensive automobiles is to hang on to them and restore them at a later date and meanwhile obtain a later model vehicle to which conversion can be considered. If the Foundation had any contributed vehicles it then could offer as a low cost those to Consumer's so they would not need to consider converting their expensive vehicle and then they have what they need but Title transfer and Insurance must be first accomplished by the Consumer to do this to one of the vehicles we would have available, we do not make it our task to obtain such vehicles but we could have a start-up business for someone that wanted a job to have such vehicles which title transfers and insurance could be quickly obtained for Consumer's. It just was out of framework if you know what I was thinking you could grasp the entire matter real quick. Like depending once on the ICE engine to motivate you to purchase gasoline your now faced with having to decide how to recharge a fully Electric Car the more distant you travel the more opportunity to recharge is necessary, this situation makes it seem better when President obama authorized a new National Power Grid for just that purpose to be constructed and some Wind Turbines to be added into it to make the electricity so theres the answer which was causing my problem in coping solved. Obtaining funds for everything possible which is removed from vehicles makes it sound like a great business but that can only go just so far, many of these bulk sales will be made to overseas purchasers because they are fighting against the highest pricing and the Foundation can offer them a better opportunity if they purchase the bulk which is not sold as single components, but perhaps the copper radiators, and tail pipes and fuel tanks will be recycled unless specifically demanded by a purchaser. I have great hopes that this Foundation can bring the cost down on the vehicles in so many ways that Consumer's will be paying practically nothing for the conversions and will reap the benefits if there are any problems in products. It is all insured folks so theres no problem with the success of the Foundation, the problem is getting it started. I have to bear out the concept for the work areas and resolve the matter of traffic flow so that a flow of a million - five million does not happen all of a sudden and that means that parts of a state will have to be zoned so that they will be serviceable then serving other zones as they are completed which makes me more capable of coping with this situation.   (3) Removal of the Windshield & other Tempered Glass to replace it with a Ultra-light Weight Plastic which is just as durable.
  (4) Removal of the Heater to replace with a Ceramic Electric Heater.
  (5) Removal of the A/C System to replace with a DC powered A/C System.
  (6) Removal of the Front & Rear Lighting (possible if damaged).
  (7) Upgrade of the Radio/Stereo so that it is embedded into the Electronic Computer which monitors the entire automotive performance.
  (8) Removal of the Internal Combustion Engine, Transmission, Muffler System, Fuel-Line & Tank.

If a Consumer wishes a Mobile Phone installed it can be included with the handsfree hidden phone operation with bluetooth support for privacy connection and this allows using the phone while standing outside the vehicle within a specified range and is a extra cost to the consumer which most certainly requires activation of Mobile Services. Ultra Best Sound System addition which is a extra cost Electronic Sound Package. Such add-ons as Big Screen LCD Televisions with DVD Blue-Ray Disk are also extra costs matters and require installation elsewhere and separate Warranty of those products. Interior and/or Exterior painting is limited to a specific plain color, nothing fancy but is not limited to only receiving a undercoating spray and then the Consumer taking charge of their vehicle to go to another location where they would pay extra to have special artwork done on their vehicle recommended to go to a designated shop which was a start-up of the Foundation employing College and Technical Students capable of doing the work.

Note: Extra cost additions could take longer to install and incorporate to the vehicle to complete and may be sub-contracted to have finished by professional installers whom provide separate warranty matters for their installations and products. Jobs requiring the operation of Certified Welding Equipment will be applicative for College and Technical School Students. Installation of the new tires and alignment of the tires on the vehicle, requires a certified alignment device and a competent operator to do the alignment. Finally inspection jobs which are applicative after all the converting has been accomplished to also include testing and return of the Consumer vehicle. Therefore if this is to be a Hybrid Conversion requiring purchase of a new engine and its controls, fuel line and tank and new indicators for the dash board it requires a diferent Warranty because the engine comes from another installer entirely. Warranty Coverage begins the moment the vehicle has passed inspection and then is returned to the Consumer. This entire process should take from one hour to two hours depending on the additional work which could involve getting on a waiting list and having to return later the additional work is subject to extra charges to the Consumer and must be paid at the locations where this add-on work is to be accomplished esp. regarding a Hybrid vehicle.

I am not a Political Advocate either Democrat or Republican and have no specific Political Party. I am therefore not attempting to pursued either Political aspect of the Economic Government Stimulus either way claiming a victory for either Political Party in doing so. It is not my intended objective to be isolated in managing this Foundation as a singular developer. I have not sought a Grant or other Funding Solution(s) which is entirely possible. I do not at this time have any Partner(s) and have considered seeking assistance and help as much as if possible even joining The Picken's plan to do so, while to this date (1:19 AM 1/28/2009) I have not received any support, funding, or other suggestions from anyone. My Personal Needs Come Last

Right now I am seeking a publisher that will consider My Project Plan as My Book Manuscript Submittal. I would like this to be published in book format so I can distribute copies to various locations as is feasible. Anyone that would like to Donate to this cause and maybe send me some publishing suggestions, likewise I will appreciate that and consider your donation to be published in the book as well.

My suggestion to support the Project requires me to consider having a vehicle(s) converted for inspection and if necessary it must be operative for the test proof to public/consumer's as a sight seen matter of what they could expect. I have two vehicles, one is a Honda Civic CRX 1991 and the other is a large family size auto, Diamante Mitsubishi 1992. Each vehicle will have a video made public on YouTube and the Official Website of the Project when the conversion is to occur and be have a brief description as possible. I expect all locations of the Project to have Internet Service and a server if possible, but at least one Windows Vista Computer. I have a spare brand new Windows Vista Computer and can add extra Hard Drive Space and use it while awaiting the server to be aligned with its website. I appreciate all your suggestions. I will be driving these two vehicles and others if necessary. I intend to do a lot of Foundation work, I hope to do as much online as is possible so expenses will be decreased to zero instead of having to make appearances. I could travel and would consider traveling if necessary but I oppose a lot of travel especially if it means staying away for months at a time from where I should be at. I expect to find dedicated people that can be depended on and help them to bring about this Foundation Project capability for every state. I have Coalition ideas to gain popularity but I am not making advertising my main theme, free advertising is available for some charities and that means this is more likely a advantage not a expense so Free Television for the Project: "The Electric Vehicle Free Conversion Foundation (EVFCF)".

For the Honda Civic CRX 1991, I have two alternatives. One is a total Electric Vehicle with two electric motors, two battery banks and regenerative braking and power shock absorbers. The other alternative for the, Honda Civic CRX 1991, is to make it a Hybrid with a power generator powered by a small diesel fuel engine which supplies a battery bank and supplies the two electric motors power. The Diamante Mitsubishi 1992, I intend to find a appropriate diesel engine to make it a Hybrid like the option two for the, Honda Civic CRX 1991, vehicle with exception of a Natural Gas Cylinder added to provide NG to a Fuel-Cell which can charge the battery pack making the vehicle a better vehicle for longer distance operation. Photos of their before and after resulting conversion will be available on the Official website. This website is my personal website and can have some, not everything, photos and suggestions when it is written for another time. I do not have a immediate need to accomplish conversion for these vehicles but will reserve them for some future date since I am in no immediate hurry.
