This is a introduction to The Electric Vehicle Free Conversion Foundation (EVFCF), I have done this in order to establish support and inform all those whom feel that there should be some way to counter the mess our nation has become involved throughout time supporting gasoline/oil vehicles, this includes the fueled hybrid versions which are only part of a solution and yet we need a 100% solution. My study is energy and ways to obtain energy from the environment and from a apparatus when it does not depend upon gasoline/diesel/oil or other polluting form of transport. With this in mind I want you to decide, when this should be appropriate for you to consider and when it should be appropriate for other to consider including our friends and supporters in foreign nations that have the same objective in energy. Bear in mind that we are not just concentrating on vehicles as we can provide the basic information for consumer's to obtain a solution for their other energy needs. Aside from typical Hydrogen Fuel-Cell Vehicles there are other versions available or soon to be available. One old energy form is Coal, we are happy with Coal Emission solutions but it takes a large effort of energy producers to comply to those affects producing no pollution from the use of Coal. Another is Natural Gas, also available from Coal as is Methane Gas and each of these solutions do have Fuel-Cell support, Coal itself in liquid form yields much opportunity. You may not be aware but there is under development a Diesel Fuel or BioGas Fuel-Cell therefore the spectrum for creating electricity is increasing. Electric Furnaces has changed the ways in which we smelt metals and this eliminates the use of Coal burning. Natural Gas makes for a good smelting operation for making Ignot's, one individual has shown me how to make a smelting furnace and how to crush the engine blocks and wheel rims made of aluminum, with a little experience I believe that a larger furnace could be made to make actual parts for electric autos. This needs a shop for this purpose rather than a replacement parts location which this Project is geared to function with. Considering this in a greater aspect towards development in every state The Electric Vehicle Free Conversion Foundation (EVFCF) sets forth to support every auto as is possible of Consumer's that are convertible to electric vehicles. The Foundation seeks to employ and support volunteerism to its fullest in order to save money and build a great future. There's no rejection based on race, color, creed, or national origin. There's no employment test and basically there's skill involved in handling mechanic tools which are required to disassemble automobiles and to assemble electric components onto the hulls of those same autos which must then undergo inspections and testing. Electrifying Consumer Vehicles Easier Than Congress Made It.

My Project Plan is The Electric Vehicle Free Conversion Foundation (EVFCF). It could be fashioned to function in many ways, one would be a direct purchase as before mentioned for $3,000-$5,000. As I see it that could seriously cause automakers not to have any sales at all but possible not. What's your opinion on this? This would be a standard for everyone, government could position itself as a grantor which would work similar to a rebate program but pay half the costs of conversion making the service a long term solution so that could endorse education and the earnings of the Foundation managed for this aspect for future employ and continued support for at least 25 years.

Automakers have to change their tune, executives cannot continue to drag down the work of others even if what they are making is not salable to the world. Indeed there are many more companies which are doing the same thing and expect to much money in order to add to their ability in making special products made by a machine they want more of yet each machine needs a trained worker employed. Select product support is the way to direct the future but few companies are in mass production and the lag of availability does not make the situation better but worse. My Project Plan is named The Electric Vehicle Free Conversion Foundation (EVFCF). I believe it will work for consumer's yet if I could have three big automakers help it would decrease the time of obtaining specific products because they could mass produce rapidly where a little company could not even afford one machine much less 25 machines. I am referring to batteries, electric motors, electronic parts and special made attachments which replace the need of a full drive train of a electric vehicle, wheel hub electric motors is not the best solution but they could help in Hybridization. My small contribution would not amount to a fair grocery list necessary to augment for the states regionally and that is how it would begin. Consumer's have a choice and Government can approve of the solution which supports it not having to get a plan from a automaker to approve. The nations of the world can accomplish the same thing if they become concerned. Fast and simple exchange of material infrastructure providing a way for automakers to get their own electric furnaces to produce their own steel for their products instead of ordering from abroad or some other company in America.


We also need support of Senators and Congressmen mainly because we need to take a very close look at the laws and make consideration to make some changes and add some new ones. Many of the laws we have address nothing of the issue of Electric Vehicles which have sophisticated communication devices within them which could comply to new highway equipment which most often serves the State Troopers with accident information aside from their detailed GPS services so this means our new cars are lacking some legislation that needs endorsement. It is almost as bad as not having enough money to pay the payment on the home and then have a foreclosure drawn against it and soon be homeless. So consumer's are not saddled with the only method to successfully operating a Electric Vehicle without a huge overhead to get started immediately. Senator Richard Shelby is aware of My Project Plan which is a introduction right now after I sent him several e-mails as I have other members of the U.S. Senate and the House of Representatives. President-elect Barack Obama should have more respect for American's since it will be American's that may end up having to forfeit something before the four years runs our, its their tax money and if we are not to be taxed more then it looks that states will have to give more to the new Federal Government so it can become Industrialized. I am unable to find a e-mail address for The Secretary of the Treasury Henry M. Paulson, Jr., I am wondering if that is going to be different when Obama gets started next year after the inauguration. Frankly I would have lost my postage because now Mr. Henry M. Paulson, Jr. is no longer to be the U.S. Treasurer. Senator Lindsey Graham (R - SC) never responded to my e-mails about this Project, maybe he though I was going to vote for Obama but I was not interested in hearing all about the past of Obama, it really bothers me. Robert Redford has it figured out about Our Land versus Obama's land which he intends for a short term gain, says it should not be trashed. Allowing automakers to walk out is saying something wrongfully for all the patent rights they have and so it is my question to government and everyone, what is to happen to all those patents? Can the patent originators not the company by the designer have something to say about the future of them, when is Aftermarket to be resolved because those patents represent what those Aftermarket items are? It can be accomplished with some donations (Start-up Money). Expecting Nothing Is Exactly What You Could Expect From Communicating This Ideology, So Now You Know, My Feelings for the Future.


Ford, GM and Chrysler - The 'Big Three' Automakers, could resolve their problem themselves, all their conservative efforts to operate the business infrastructure did not create their own steel resources and furnace which would only have needed a small nuclear reactor costing $1 million so three of them could manage a new Steel Making Plant, while six more could manage a new Fabrication Facility where Steel Parts are fabricated from designs for autos etc., like Monorail Systems that could restructure many cities keeping them from having to endorse large multi-layer parking lots that would also serve as refill stations for Electric and Hydrogen, Natural Gas, Methane, and LNG or LPG alternative fuels. Parking lots for 5,000 or more new Hybrid Government Vehicles would have to manage refueling according to a plan which President-elect Barack Obama has endorsed for his presidential term. Not something like Rapid Transit because it interacts with other modes of transportation, when a traffic signal goes out so does the scheduling of the rapid transit system so it is not efficient causing unexpected delays, and there are several types. So Monorail Systems do not interact with other transportation modes.

Extras That Need Consideration!
Firehouse Sites, complete with a Fire Engine Company, Chief, and all the trimmings, plus two Paramedic Units. These should be located at least within the distance of the farthest refueling facility and maybe have a helipad for emergencies that cannot wait through traffic with the injured patient.

I figure that this should be reconsidered and I oppose it 80% at least as far as I also see from the need of distance operations because each 100-200 miles there would need be another and another etc. for the duration of the entire length of the distance of travel or another vehicle would have to become a secondary requirement for their distance access which would be a tanker truck fleet of 5,000-10,000 (dependent on how organized the fuel distribution will be setup for Federal Parking Facilities which is for electric cars) for refueling purposes, add to this also room and board accommodations for Federal Employees this cost analysis can become a grand billion quickly, but also remember there are highways in America which cannot be traveled on in excess of 5 mph due to poor management of resources. Fuel distribution should be part of Monorail Systems which would operate forward or backwards without having to be lifted off the system. At least be a terminal besides a refueling facility alone serving North/South directions. One thing I will never see is Automakers taking the stance that their electric cars should be managed by them in franchises which can be bought into for rental and lease purposes be it a weekly or monthly lease without leaving consumer's in the cold on a yearly lease with purchase option, dealerships maybe but not the automakers as that would serve only Union Organized Franchise Establishments as you could figure and how you know no-one likes to have to deal with Unions even if they Strike.

Then there are juveniles that want to delay or perhaps worse disable a fleet or single vehicles out on a days duty by flattening the tires, scraping the paint off the vehicle, spray painting the vehicle body, or worse like slitting the tires. Introducing the Fleets then become a major question, more truck drivers capable of accomplishing the tasks set out by a Federal Teamwork Effort.

A third vehicle type would also be needed which would be a smaller version of the 18-wheeler tanker trucks, man this is going into some pocket change. Further examination of Government Vehicles I also see such things as Bicycles, Motorcycles, Motorboats, Buses, Airplanes, Ships, Firetrucks, not just Cars & Trucks that would fall under the heading and that means that the truck fleets for refueling also need to use Natural Gas. Now with all this to consider I might ask why, but to understand how Monorail Systems can comply to the same city applications without being in the main stream with other modes of transport or requiring parking lots and 18-wheelers and small refueling trucks really makes a difference.

Gasoline pricing is no joke, expectations are projected to go above $5.00 a gallon for gasoline and nearer to $6.50 for diesel. That is nearing the price we are paying for a gallon of milk of course we do not consume that much milk as we are gasoline but we must have gasoline to go get milk unless we walk in the bad weather alerts when curfews are in effect we might then get arrested just for going to get some food. This is not even fair to consumers everywhere. If we have problems getting gasoline as bad as providers have problems securing it from suppliers we are then looking at a double header losing streak not to far into the future where gasoline transport must have armed guards and run the risk of being destroyed by angry folks destined to kill themselves. American's have problems perhaps worse than other nations which have fewer consumers willing to support nothing but gasoline and diesel vehicles as electric vehicles just do not fit their lifestyles and if any were to be supported it very well be only by the government if it were not a dictatorship that is they would need be a free country. We're about to see gasoline prices soar into the $5 range this 2011 perhaps even more. National E85 Pricing or . That's all there is for Hybrid's.

I'm not a hog on topics, sells are always hampering me, so I think more than most folks about a brighter future for America, for this reason I thought about a non commercial consideration which can be Tax-deductible for donations. I have my desires to convert a Diamante Mitsubishi to electric but would have to sell my 1991 Honda Civic CRX for at least $2,000.00 so that is what I am talking about. If I did not have a
Diamonte Mitsubishi I could convert my Honda to electric easier as its a smaller vehicle but I have a preference to what I need to be driving and it is the Diamante Mitsubishi which I do have to work with. If your interested in purchasing the automobile I can tell you it has a new battery, starter, and a new windshield and semi new paint as one fender and door on the passenger side got dinged up by my father and he has never offered to pay for his drunken accident in the driveway so it is a as is situation and I am firm on the price. This price fixation has no basis other than to stimulate the supporters of legislation which fail to produce a new US Department of Electric Vehicles (USDOEV) as they are relaxed with the understanding that the new Department of Energy can handle the task as they perceive it for America, or the Department of Transportation which neither have other liabilities and this should be a statehood matter with only the Department serving as a source of support and development. Remember, our military has a need to have recharge facilities and support centers just as citizens do and US Congress has nothing of the sort to work with for the different branches. It is almost as bad as allowing foreign countries to manage how Americans Freedoms should be managed without which Americans has no Freedom to compete with Electric Car makers that govern their livelihood through price fixation. It is this way everywhere, esp in England that the Air Car with its Compressed Air Engine stands to provide the best opportunity to generate electricity other than solar photovoltaic cell or wind turbines but dependent on good weather conditions for the long serviceable life they deserve. The world needs a spokesperson and I feel Ed McMahon would be just the individual for the job cause of his age and his non ownership resorting to other means to stress how his life would have been different had there been a drive towards making Electric Vehicles equal with Gasoline Fossil Fueled Vehicles. I do not see a reason to produce a Stock Market Proposition 13 for such a business which would spin out a new mode of transportation immediately and free nations of the OPEC future envision of consumers playing their game and furthermore I feel that consumers should not have to walk the road of the Carbon Aristocrats managing to drive industry into a CO2 material management if the Electric Car were to eliminate this challenge they would have no need to speak out against industry. I might add that CO2 is not just a industry problem but it is also a product used to pasteurize milk, cheese, tomatoes, beer, wine, and other items as it has flash qualities to remove the microbes making the products safer for consumption by consumers and if the orchestrator's of the CO2 Carbon Team wishing to Tax industry claiming it as pollution then the price of these other commodities will increase or become extinct from the markets. As we have seen Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has taken control of milk and dairy products banning their sell and conditioning by the farmers in a massive government control scheme simply because he does not wish to engage with a trust with the farmers regarding pasteurization of foods and beverages from their raw state. Free Electric Car Conversion is the Key to enlargen the Educative Process and found new objectives which include Electric Monorail Transportation and encourages underwater lifestyles and construction of facilities which generate fresh water and electricity at the same time it is providing large storage space, large living areas to develop, and large food growing/processing centers underwater. A consumers vehicle would be disassembled with only bare necessities, then those removed parts would be categorized and placed in storage if not recycled for the metal/plastic resources, next the Electric parts would be assembled onto the vehicle and the consumer would be given assurances that they would never experience price gouging from these new parts and they would be placed into a database so their Electric Vehicle then could be re-manageable if they decide or from other reason not need it further, in this way Insurance companies could access the Electric vehicle and provide some other consumer with a replacement should that be necessary and lease situations could be created so folks could get a Electric vehicle to travel at a low expense, all without commercialization. Let's end the Oil Gridlock with OPEC as soon as possible. This supports our nations energy potentials which is really where we should be instead of importing energy from other nations.

Two Days Before: US President Barack Obama said transparency and accountability will be crucial to secure the confidence of the American people in the stimulus plan. "We are experiencing an unprecedented, perhaps, economic crisis that has to be dealt with, and dealt with rapidly," Obama said, in the Roosevelt Room of the White House.
President Obama Signs Economic Stimulus & Sets Pollution Standard Agenda Solution
President Obama issued executive orders Monday implementing "bold action" to put the United States on a course of energy independence with implications both for the environment and national security.

"Now America has arrived at a crossroads," he said.

He announced four steps that will be taken to start down the road of energy independence and wean the United States away from foreign oil. They were:

(1) To put 460,000 Americans to work building alternative energy sites such as wind farms that would include 3,000 new transmission lines that could save taxpayers $2 billion.

(2) Building fuel efficient cars "right here in America" that would meet new fuel efficient standards for model year 2011. Congress already has passed a law calling for vehicles to reach 35 miles per gallon by 2020, Mr. Obama said.

(3) The federal government would work with states to reduce greenhouse gases, including a review by the Environmental Protection Agency of a denial nearly a year ago by the Bush administration's EPA administrator, Stephen Johnson, of California's request to reduce those emissions.

"The days of Washington dragging its heels are over," Mr. Obama said.

(4) "America is ready to lead" to build a coalition among other countries to reduce their dependence on oil produced by countries run by dictators, he said.

"America will not be held hostage to hostile regimes," the president said.

Population growth has helped put more cars on the road, and a strong economy has led to more cars per driver. These trends combined with poor gas mileage mean we're facing a dangerous situation.
